“The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

“This place is in the heart of the Old Town Chania. It's a pain in the butt to get to when arriving at night and not knowing exactly where to go but Google maps gets you where you need to no problem. It was a very well-kept place and the staff when available answered questions and also texted answers. Parking will always be a pain but if you're willing to walk 10 minutes it's not a problem. Plenty of things to do nearby during the day, and the nightlife is very charming in the location. I would...

SUPER RECOMENDABLE”
