“Initially I had reservations about the location of this hotel as it seemed a bit of a way from the main town, however it is an easy and enjoyable walk to the town along a quiet and picturesque road above the hotel. “A homely and welcoming colonial-era hotel that has been maintained in excellent condition. A comfortable base for Shimla with good food, good service, and extremely attentive staff. The owners live on-site and are pleased to meet and greet their guests. Would recommend strongly.”

“Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. “This property is made really tastefully and located so damn well.it is just in the lap of nature. Place at night looks so out of the world with all the pine trees , breeze ,nip in the air and yellow lights. It is the perfect combination of nature meet art. Staff was very very good every single one of them. Superb view from observation point is awesome. I would go again for sure. Excellent food. ”
