“Es un hotel excelente, en todo sentido, tanto del personal como de su infraestructura. El restaurante funciona muy bien, y su comida es deliciosa. Tiene un gimnasio muy cómodo para quién es, necesitan hacer ejercicio, y una hermosa piscina que todas las temperaturas bajas no pude utilizar. La habitación es espaciosa y como, y tiene una vista espectacular sobre las montañas. Quedé tan satisfecho con el Hotel, que en Siliguri, sabiendo el estándar de esa cadena, me volví a enojar en uno similar.”

They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. “The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of.”

“The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant.
