“That all are good and well mannered”

“Good location above a mall so it's convenient”

“Nice ”

“Great location in Ketapang. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping. Small grocery store next door and a mini mart few doors down from that. Hotel has great bikes for rent if you are brave enough to get out on that road. ;0)”

“Very nice premier hotel. Everything we expect of a top hotel. Large clean room with all amenities. Great big clean shower-toilet. Walk 50m to grand mall. Safe area. Enjoyed my stay here.”

“I have stayed in other hotels in banjarbaru but they were not nearly as nice as the upscale hotels in banjarmasin, until now. Grand maya is on the same level as the best of banjarmasin with a better price point as of now, and although I was unsure about being in the middle of both cities it actually worked out better as i I travel to both.”

“Ok”

“Mildew in the shower. Bare minimum supplies”

“The location was good with food and entertainment at your doorstep. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The room cleaning was intermittent with partial cleaning done when they did come. Room service was difficult due to language barrier. The food was very good though for the room service and breakfast.”
