“The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended ”
