“We spent 3 nights at this hotel. A great hotel with great staff , always willing to help. Clean rooms and linens with 24/7 hot hot water . This facility has elevator services and underground parkade for guests. Mr. Lokesh , duty manager was always there to assist with any request for transportation and sightseeing. “I am a repeat customer for this property. It is a wonderful oasis in the middle of a thick concrete jungle. The ambiance is contemporary and serene. Over the years I noticed the suite maintenance aging. Food is great. Breakfast is wonderful. They have good hand-crafts shopping center. The choices are excellent. Great location for resort like getaway. Need improvement in electrical and pool towels. There is no USB port in the suite. Some power outlets are loose or not holding the plug properly....
