  • Magnífica casa en alquiler en la tranquila isla de Kalymnos con magníficas vistas de la isla de Telendos.

    Nueva casa de cuatro fachadas construida en 2015 y terminada en abril de 2016 establecida en la tranquila isla de Kalymnos, lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida cotidiana:
    Esta hermosa casa, construida en una parcela de 200 metros cuadrados (incluido estacionamiento);
    Apto para 6 personas (2 dormitorios con armarios empotrados, cajones, aire acondicionado y terraza privada amueblada) + un cómodo sofá cama en la planta baja; cada habitación tiene una terraza con vista al mar;

    La casa está decorada con una pequeña piscina ideal para la relajación de niños (y padres), completamente asegurada por la instalación de rieles metálicos.

    La casa tiene dos niveles con una escalera interna, una cocina.
    espacioso totalmente equipado (nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, estufa
    eléctrico, horno, microondas, tostadora, muchos armarios), una sala de estar
    agradable con aire acondicionado, un baño con ducha, dos baños, gran terraza
    equipado con una hermosa mesa de jardín + sillas y 2 tumbonas

    Ventajas: conexión ilimitada a INTERNET, todo limpio, limpio, ropa de cama vertical es
    proporcionado por la casa; toda la limpieza está incluida en el precio del alquiler;
    Cerca: zonas de escalada adecuadas para principiantes o escaladores experimentados,
    escuelas de buceo para todos los niveles, playas de Melitsacha (cerca de Masouri),
    restaurantes, mini-mercados, varios paseos ... Estos lugares se encuentran entre los más
    atracciones turísticas en la isla y ofrecen un verdadero paraíso para el descanso y la escalada.

    Llegar a Pothia, el puerto de Kalymnos, es en barco desde Atenas (varios
    tiempo de viaje) o Kos (travesía de 30 minutos). Kos también tiene un aeropuerto
    internacional servido por muchas aerolíneas de bajo costo (Ryanair,
    Easyjet ...) En temporada alta, el ferry sale de Kos en el puerto de Matsichari (a 10 minutos de
    taxi desde el aeropuerto de Kos) a Pothia menos de una hora después del aterrizaje.

A wholly positive experience

The owner and staff were incredible. The property is astounding and offers more amenities than other properties in the same price range at the time. This property offered significant value as long as you have a vehicle/scooter rental.

Spacious with amazing views

On an island full of amazing views, you would be hard pressed to find a better one than the view from this apartment. It’s very spacious and fit all of our needs as a group of 3 climbers.

Super schöne Villa mit einem grandiosen Ausblick, sogar vom Bett im Schlafzimmer sieht man das Meer.Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Es gibt einen schönen Pool. Wir waren Ende September in der Villa, leider war der Pool da schon zu kalt, 21 Grad…. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber.Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes Haus für 4 Personen

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit tollem Ausblick in Richtung Telendos. Die Küche ist mit allen technischen Geräten sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Wir hätten uns über eine kleine Grundausstattung mit Salz/Zucker usw. gefreut.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The view was stunning ad we loved having breakfast & watching the sunsets. The small was meant we didn't have to rush to the beach as we could cool off and enjoy just relaxing at the villa. It was quiet even in though we were there in August. Will be returning!

Umwerfender Ausblick

Wir haben zum Familienurlaub alles vorgefunden, was wir erwartet haben. Ein sauberes Haus, was exakt wie beschrieben war und vor allem eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Insel Telendos. Wir sind pünktlich empfangen wurden (mit einer gekühlten Flasche Sekt) und auch die Kommunikation blieb die knapp zwei Wochen immer so aktiv, dass wir uns gut betreut gefühlt haben.

The villa has the most outstanding sea view across the bay and overlooks Telendos. The villa is modern and has everything you need. We wish we had booked for longer than the week. The caretaker is a bright and cheerful young woman who is available on WhatApp should you need anything - we didn't. Telendos is lovely to visit, taxi boats run every 30 mins and in June 2026 cost 3 each way. Although fit we are both over 70 so we wouldn't recommend the walk back from the restaurants as it's a very steep climb. Drive down and have a drink when back at the villa!

Amazing!

This is such a beautiful property - the views are stunning and the house itself is perfect. The welcome we received from the local hospitality team was brilliant - with complimentary bottle of Prosecco from ‘Mr Paul’ 😊We would definitely recommend a holiday here and we would also recommend hiring a quad bike for the whole stay as the walk back to the house is a challenge! (Pre-book quad bike as they are in high demand) Overall - fantastic experience and we were really sad to leave and we are planning to return 😁

So Special!

Upon arrival we gazed off the balcony and were in complete awe of the view!! It's not often you stay at a place this nice for this price. Even our friend who has VRBO rentals said it was such a special rental. The photos on the VRBO site don't do it justice. Paul the owner was always quick to respond and so kind to us. Quite a treat to arrive to a bottle of chilled champagne that we saved for the first night after climbing. The driveway/road to the house is a bit intimidating but once you realize it's doable with a rental car it's no problem. I do think you would need your own vehicle to stay here cause it'd be a walk into town. We'll be back hopefully soon.

Beautiful place and location,couldn’t find it in the dark easily so it would be good to have better instructions to find it , also had no replies from messages sent to the contact number for the girl in the info . Cheers

La maison est très agréable.

Ett fantastiskt boende. All tänkbar utrustning, perfekt läge och med en svalkande pool efter långa dagar på alla Kalymnos fantastiska stränder och vandringstillfällen. Vi kommer tillbaka igen och då vill vi absolut bo här💖

Helpful host and nice house

Stayed for 1 week in this house. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The house had nice views and is located in a quiet area. It had lots of amenities and space. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wunderschönes Domizil

Perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die es etwas geräumiger und komfortabler brauchen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, um hier zwei Wochen lang einen super schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Auch, dass das Haus etwas weiter weg vom üblichen Getümmel in Massouri ist, hat uns gut getan.

Villa Myrties Kalymnos

Villa splendide, très bien placée pour visiter l’île . L’accueil, et communication sont parfaits ! Le quartier est calme mais à 5 minutes du Centre ville de Massouri, où on peut manger, nager, et faire du shopping à souhait . À Massouri, le restaurant Agean Tavern est absolument à faire ! Super rapport qualité prix! Et en famille , le Manifesto est top aussi ! En famille, avec les enfants ou en amoureux ,la villa est parfaite ! Nous reviendrons ! MERCI ! ❤️

Beautiful views, clean and modern home.

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's villa in the fall of 2018. It is a nice new villa with all amenities including a pool! Everything in the villa was extremely clean and worked well. As it was a bit cool at nights during our stay, we even enjoyed the heating units in each room. We were welcomed by Niky, a super friendly and helpful local and Paul had generously supplied a bottle of bubbly for us to enjoy on our arrival as well as flowers and a departing gift! Very generous! The only suggestion I might make is to have a coat tree in the main living area to hang outdoor wear in the cooler weather. We ended up hanging our jackets on the backs of chairs, which worked fine, but an alternative place would be appreciated. Thanks Paul, for opening your home to us!

très belle maison confortable avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison et sa vue imprenable sur l'île de Telendos et la côte de Kalymnos. La piscine est fort appréciable. Toutefois il faut avertir les résidents de la raideur de la pente qui conduit à cette maison comme à toutes celles de ce quartier. La maison est confortable ; mais un ou deux bols et saladiers ou plats supplémentaires seraient bienvenus.
