    Guests have access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms, with the exception of the owner's closets. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay with full privacy in every other area of the home!

    The front door has a smart lock and the code will be provided on the day of check-in.. Your door and/or garage code will not be activated until your check-in time and will deactivate at check-out time. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly with our cohost.

    ☆☆Other details to note ☆☆
    We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a fantastic stay! Some amenities are exclusive to your home, while others are part of the HOA community. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don't hesitate to ask us!

    The County and HOA have strict rental unit occupant noise regulations. Noise at rental units is not allowed beyond normal conversation levels typical for a residence or residential community between 10pm and 8am.

    Guest are not allowed to park on the streets or block sidewalks at any time per HOA rules. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

    For bookings of 30 nights or more, one mid-stay clean is required for every 30 nights booked. These cleanings help ensure the home remains comfortable and well-maintained for the duration of your visit. The mid-stay cleaning fee for this property is $455.

    HOUSE RULES FOR SOL Y NIEVE

    We want you to have a great stay at Sol y Nieve. By booking, you agree to the rules below to ensure a safe and respectful experience for you, our neighbors, and future guests.

    Security and Cameras
    Two exterior cameras are at the front door and back patio. No interior cameras. Do not cover or tamper with them.

    Quiet Hours
    Located in a quiet cul de sac with strict community rules. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, including the patio and hot tub. Keep music and voices low at all times. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Violations may result in removal without refund.

    Smoking and Substances
    No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside, in the garage, or on balconies. Smoke odors inside incur a 500 dollar+ cleaning fee. No fireworks, illegal substances, or firearms.

    Hot Tub Rules
    Shower before use. No glass near the tub. Supervise children. Limit soaks to 15-20 minutes. Pregnant guests or those with medical concerns should consult a doctor. Keep the cover closed when not in use and do not adjust settings. No pets in the hot tub. If the tub requires draining due to misuse, an additional fee applies.

    Fire Pit
    Do not move the fire pit. Keep flammables away and supervise children. Turn it fully off after use.

    Indoor Fireplace
    Do not leave it running when leaving or going to bed. Keep items away from the flames.

    Game Room
    No drinks or food on game tables. Supervise children. Use equipment only as intended and keep everything in the room.

    Bunk Beds
    Top bunks are for guests six and older, one person only. No climbing, jumping, or rough play. Always use the ladder and guardrails safely.

    Boot Warmer & Mud Room
    Use the Zephyr dryer only for boots, gloves, helmets, and approved gear. Remove excess snow before loading. Turn off after use. Children must be supervised.

    Garage & Parking
    Street parking is prohibited from October 31 through April 15 due to snowplow access. Vehicles must fit fully in the driveway and cannot block sidewalks or driveway approaches. Guests are responsible for any HOA or county violations. The driveway accommodates two vehicles and one car in the garage. HOA rules do not allow street parking or oversized vehicles such as RVs, trailers, or boats. Any HOA fines issued due to violations will be the responsibility of the guest.

    Pet Policy
    Well behaved dogs allowed with approval. A pet fee applies & pets must be added to the reservation. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. No pets on furniture and beds. Clean up after your pet. Damage or excessive cleaning will result in charges.

    Cleaning & Care
    Treat the home with care. Excessive mess or damages will incur fees. Start the dishwasher before checkout and place trash in outdoor bins. Do not rearrange furniture.

    Checkout
    Checkout is 10 AM unless approved otherwise. Unapproved late checkouts incur a fee as they disrupt cleaning.

    Community Amenities
    Guests have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle clubhouse amenities, including the gym, summer pool, year round hot tub, and community trails. These amenities are maintained by the HOA, not the host. Temporary closures or maintenance issues are possible. Use of community amenities is at the guest’s discretion and responsibility.

Amazing house for a big group—lovely, clean, and very spacious. Never felt crowded despite how many people we were. Perfectly located for easy drives to and from the slopes. The mudroom next to the garage was a game-changer for storing ski gear for our group of 6. Sonia was a wonderful and very accommodating host. Would absolutely stay again!

We are VRBO owners in Texas, so we are admittedly picky when visiting others' VRBO or other rental homes. This Park City home is excellent, top to bottom. Very nice, well maintained and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Game room. Hot tub. Two car garage. Ski storage and boot drying room. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I was skeptical about the "commute" to Park City but should not have been. From leaving the driveway to pulling into the main parking lot at the base of the mountain was max 10 minutes, and that's if you hit the red lights. I highly recommend this place.

What an amazing House! We came here for Valentine’s/ Birthday weekend! Sonia was great! She responded to everything and was so helpful! The house was gorgeous. It had everything you needed. The game room was so fun and a great touch! The location was perfect to Main Street. There was a great back road you can take! We will definitely be staying here again! Our only complaint was there was not a lot of snow. Other than that. Great stay! Book this house!!! Thanks Sonia!
