This immaculate townhome, both shoe-free and pet-free, features unobstructed lake and mountain views from every living space, bedroom, and patio. Furnished with modern and designer touches, we offer Brooklinen bedding, Thuma beds, Smart TVs, and complimentary Public Goods toiletries. With a whole-home humidifier and two washer/dryer combo units, our house is outfitted with the comfort of groups and families in mind.
Situated just 15 minutes from numerous world famous resorts, you can ski and snowboard the Greatest Snow On Earth! The surrounding area offers countless winter activities: snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, ice skating, and more. Warmer seasons offer lake access, hiking, biking, and endless outdoor adventure opportunities. The vibrant life of Park City’s Historic Main Street is buzzing year-round with shopping, dining, art galleries, concerts, and cultural events. Whether you’re with family or a group of friends, our Scenic Sanctuary is perfect for hosting your unforgettable getaway and making memories to last a lifetime.
LIVING SPACES
With three thoughtfully decorated floors, the home features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two laundry rooms, a workspace, a full kitchen and additional kitchenette, and two separate living spaces complete with Smart TVs and fireplaces. Large windows allow natural light to spill into all living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. The two-car garage and spacious entryway serve as convenient gear storage.
Both living areas have ten-foot sliding glass doors that span a panorama of the entire valley, reservoir, and mountain range. Enjoy the crisp mountain air while soaking in the breathtaking views from two separate decks, both with tables and seating plus a grill on the main floor deck.
The chef’s kitchen on the main floor is fully-equipped with high-end appliances, gas range, InstaPot with airfyer, toaster, coffee maker, cooking essentials, dishware, utensils, and quality knives. The dining table comfortably seats eight with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The kitchenette upstairs offers a second fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, and wash sink. The second dining area seats four.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All bedrooms have premium white linens, room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, dimmable lighting, quick bathroom access, and stunning views of Deer Valley Mountain over the Jordanelle Reservoir.

CONNECTIVITY
Easily connect your devices to the high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. A dedicated work space is available in the top floor living room, allowing working travelers to set up their office right in front of the serene mountains. Charging stations are available in every bedroom and there are floor outlets in each living space. All TVs are set up with DirecTV and Roku.
PARKING
You’ll enjoy a private 2-car garage with space for 2 vehicles on the driveway. NOTE: The max limit at the home is 4 vehicles.
FOR KIDS
Kids will love the slopes and building snowmen in the winter and the plethora of activities Park City has to offer in the summer. For days when kids want to stay at home, there is a selection of indoor games and books. Parents and kids will appreciate the dedicated kids’ room, which features a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin size trundle giving plenty of space for friends and families to share. There is child-friendly dinnerware along with an extra table with kid-sized stools available to use. For families with infants and toddlers, there is a pack-and-play, a highchair, and step stools available. Please note, there are stairs throughout the house.

This is a pet and shoe-free home. We ask that everyone leave their shoes in the garage or entryway.

The home is next to the highway and there is some vehicle road noise at the home.
Guest Access:
The entire home and garage are available to you with the exception of a few locked closets and cabinets we use for storing supplies.
The Neighborhood:
Our community is dedicated to dark skies, with no street lamps or outward shining lights, you’ll be able to stargaze from almost anywhere in the home. Set a few miles from Park City Main Street, you'll love how easy it is to go to town while avoiding traffic and crowds when you want to relax.
There are mountain bike trails just a few miles from the home. A few more miles beyond that, you can connect into the large Park City mtb trail system.
STATE PARKS & ATTRACTIONS
Jordanelle Reservoir State Park (1 mi), Deer Valley Mountain Resort (10 mi), Park City Mountain Resort (15 mi), Canyons Resort (15 mi), Wasatch Mountain State Park (20 mi), Deer Creek State Park (25 mi), Salt Lake City, Utah (45 mi)
ACTIVITIES
- Ski and Snowboard: Park City Resort, Canyon Resort, Deer Valley (ski only, snowboarding is prohibited at DV), all 10 - 15 mi.
- Shopping and Dining: Park City Main Street, 10 mi.
- Rafting, Fishing, kayaking, Sightseeing: Weber and Provo Rivers both ~35 mi.
- For snow machines, ATV/UTV, and mountain bike rentals and tours: Park City has numerous options. Also, the nearby towns of Kamas, Heber, and Midway all have rentals options available for usually cheaper.
- Swimming, boating, canoes: Jordanelle Reservoir (5 mi) and Deer Creek (25 mi) are the closest options. Additionally, there are a dozen nearby reservoirs if you're up for exploring.

DINING & RETAIL
What Park City is known for! Close to the house there are a few dining options that are terrific. Otherwise, Park City Main Street is just 10 mi away.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be aware that other areas of the community are still under construction. This usually occurs during business hours on weekdays. Thankfully, while there is occasionally equipment situated in that direction, there will never be an obstructed view of the lake or mountains west of the home.
Getting Around:
In the summer, any vehicle can access the house. In the winter, most guests rent or bring a vehicle with 4WD/AWD though it is needed only rarely. Our neighborhood is great at plowing the roads. Typically, there are just a few times a year where the snow is bad enough that 4WD is required to get to the home. Uber and Lyft are often but not always available in the area. The nearest stop for the Park City bus system is around 4mi away.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome under the ADA and stays with service animals are subject to additional deep cleaning fees for hair removal. As a courtesy, we ask that you make us aware of these circumstances.
Absolutely no smoking on the property. We want to remain conscious of future guests with heightened allergies and sensitivities. We ask guests to please remove their shoes while inside.
The highway is in front of the home so there is some noise from vehicles traveling on that road. We provide white noise machines in bedrooms for guest comfort.
There are exterior cameras on the property. None face a private or sleeping area. The cameras capture the front porch, the street in front of the house, and the view behind the home to the west
