“The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. “Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff ”

“Room was dirty, the water of the shower did not go... same as the water from the sink There was garbage i think of the last host On reception they gave us the key and the hotel was in another building so we had to find out where it was and since it was dark it was confusing For breakfast the food was not fresh We arrived late on the airport to get to the hotel passed through a very bad streets (losts of protitution) i dont know if it is the city but it made me feel insecure”
