Room is generally good although aircon had some issues. Sometimes on sometimes off. Also I have stayed here a couple of times and I have never gotten a response when I requested for late check out- I am fine whether it’s yes or no but not sure what’s with the “no response”

The room was big and so clean! The customer service is top notch! They respond to you immediately to help you out! The room comes with all amenities. Beautiful view too!

I like it being so close to JB station and the shopping malls. The apartment is very spacious with fantastic view over the city and harbour. Everything is fine with the place apart from one big negative is that they do not answer phone calls. I left a bag behind in the room and tried to get in touch ...

Clean, comfortable room. Nice swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff. They try their best to make it a good experience.
