“Liked the amenities and breakfast was great! Lots of diff foods, both local and western. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping was the only downer, shower stall was clogged, they were quick to send someone to fix, then daily housekeeping staff had to be reminded to replace various things.”

“Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment.”

“Positives: The wifi worked well, the AC works great, and the shower has good pressure and the heat adjustment works. The staff/owners are very nice and are available throughout the day so if you have an early flight there is no issue with checking out. There are a couple really good restaurants close by, a speedway that opens at 9am if you need convenience items/drinks right next to the hotel , and it is only a 15-20 minute ride to get to the mall or some other places. It is a good in between...

“El hotel queda lejos del centro, ideal para los amantes de la tranquilidad, que quieren disfrutar de su piscina o del cercano campo de golf. Aún así el hotel ofrece servicio de autocar gratuito a la ciudad (tiene varios horarios de ida y de vuelta). Ninguna queja del personal, todos muy amables.”

“I visit Malaysia every year for the past 15 years MotoGP and have stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya two or three times previously. Unfortunately, repeat business and customer loyalty mean nothing here.
Due to an urgent, last-minute emergency back home in Australia, I had to take the first flight out at the end of the day and could not stay. When I contacted Expedia and the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation or refund, an infuriating blame game began.
