“I had a wonderful 9-day stay at Uday Palace, Navsari. The front desk team — Harshita, Prakriti, and Rishita — were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Pintu from housekeeping on the third floor for keeping everything spotless with great attention to detail.
Excellent service all around — highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“Do not stay here.
The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones.
I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room.
Very unprofessional place. ”
