The house is better than the pictures. The view is amazing, the deck was wonderful, access to the two resorts was great. It was like we had our own private house yet with access to two world class resorts with top tier amenities. Being on the ground floor was NOT an issue. We didn't hear our neighbors above or to the side. In fact, we loved being able to walk out to the edge of the ocean. The home is very luxurious, modern yet comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't recommend this place any higher.

Location, location, location

Can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach, perfect views of the water and the sunset. Unit is beautiful. We loved the pool and patio to relax after the beach or exploring the island. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Unit in an Amazing Location

We had a perfect stay. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable and well-stocked. Immensely enjoyed the patio and plunge pool with the stunning view. Being able to enjoy the hotel amenities and restaurants was also a great perk. Would highly recommend. A very special spot.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this incredible property. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach and snorkling directly outside of the property is amongst the best on the Island. Amazing location, property and amenities

Truly awesome setting and stay. Can’t say enough good things about this beach and the location of the condo. Being able to walk right out your door directly onto grassy area for sunsets or down to the beach or to the pool and all hotel amenities, but still have privacy + a full kitchen and private patio with plunge pool is unbeatable. Good spot to go on excursions from (Manta Rays, Pololu Valley, Waimea, etc). Had an incredible time.

Wonderful time in paradise

Condo was luxury all the way. And the view couldn't have been better. Everything at the resort was easy access. And the 50 yard swimming pool was used every morning for a mile swim. Looking forward to our next trip to Hawaii.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is the most beautiful, well-appointed, ultra-clean property we've ever rented. The pictures don't do it justice. Peter, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The best part is the location though. Hapuna Beach is steps away. It was so nice to have access to the Westin Hapuna and Mauna Kea Resort amenities as well. We'll be back.

Wonderful Stay!

This oceanfront condo was perfect for our family vacation on BI! The accommodations were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I just wish we had more time to relax on the beautiful lanai! We were out exploring during most days during our stay, but coming back to the condo each evening felt like home. Communication with Peter was wonderful. He was extremely quick to respond to the few questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. We enjoyed a couple of lovely brunch meals and a dinner at Manta (Mauna Kea Resort next door). It was about a 5-minute car ride and an easy valet process. There is a major renovation going on at the Mauna Kea property, but despite this, our family preferred meals, as well as the beach area there over the Westin. If you plan to dine at the Westin (lunch or dinner), I highly recommend making reservations ahead of time. We learned the hard way on our first evening that we had to leave the resort for dinner due to no availability at the Westin. In hindsight, we probably could have been accommodated on the Mauna Kea side, but ended up venturing down to Tommy Bahama. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we will definitely book this amazing property again.

Incredible Family Getaway

We were looking for something special this year, as we had many milestones to celebrate (birthdays, graduations, etc.). This property checked all of the boxes and more. The unit is just as beautiful in person, spacious, and wonderfully layed out. The patio and plunge pool were our favorite spot for relaxing, reading, and watching the sunset. And having the resort and beach steps away made it perfect. Peter was very helpful leading up to the trip and very responsive during. We hope to be back soon.

Very nice villa. Great location

This was a very beautiful unit in a fantastic location. We enjoyed ourselves and the villa was outfitted with just about everything you would want. Property management was on point and we would stay here again. Only suggestion would be a brick and mortar house book or folder with things like Internet, passcodes, restaurants, etc. These were provided in electronic format, but it would be nice to have some thing that we didn’t have to search for and pull up, a text from the Vrbo app in order to find out where the trash cans were for instance

Absolute Paradise!

Our stay in Kona was an absolutely unforgettable experience, exceeding every expectation from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking view that greeted us. The condo is absolutely fabulous. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly decorated. Every detail was thought of and exceeded our expectations. The lanai and plunge pool are exceptional. We loved being so close to the beach and amenities of the resort - but it's very private too. And the host, Peter, was amazing - incredibly responsive and so helpful. It is definitely a slice of paradise that we were very fortunate to experience, and we can't wait to return.

Blissful!

What a wonderful place! The unit is stocked with everything you need; is clean; modern; and quiet (except for the wonderful sound of the surf if you open either of the doors to the balcony). The plunge pool is terrific for cooling off and there is a great view of the beach from there. Having access to the two hotels is fabulous. We were regulars at the tennis facility (what a view and great courts!) and the gym. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
