Ocean Front Home with a Sandy Beach

  • Enjoy sunsets from the privacy of the large covered lanai, a sandy beach right out front, enticing tidepools, and the serenity of the perpetual song of ocean breezes in the trees at this lovely oceanfront setting.

    This versatile beachfront home can serve as the perfect romantic getaway for a couple, or comfortably accommodate a family or group of friends. The spacious, nicely manicured lawn and easily accessed beach invite both the playful frolic of children and relaxed lounging of adults. Sharing the beach with resident sea turtles is a daily highlight, and during winter months savor the opportunity to view and listen to the grandeur of the visiting humpback whales from the living room, lanai and backyard.

    Choose your dining experience, from the beautiful teak indoor dining table to the comfortable and roomy environs of the ocean side lanai, which extends the length of the main house. Here you will find a beautiful outdoor dining table, cozy lounge chairs, and the punee, a large built-in lounging area which can be used for outdoor sleeping for those more adventurous souls.

    Each bedroom has its own outside entrance complete with full bathroom. The large master bedroom, with king bed, opens out to the ocean through a sliding glass door and onto its own lanai. One of the other three bedrooms opens out to the ocean and onto its own lanai as well.

    First class snorkeling, scuba diving and surfing is available within a short walking distance at Paniau, a gorgeous little bay at the end of Puako.

We brought our 2kids and family for a week. Coffee and breakfast spent on the deck as well as evening wind down. Beautiful view, turtles, numerous fish on the beach , ghost crabs, whales and dolphins , sunsets, amazing! Beaches in area were fantastic, some free, some charged. Thanks Gregg

Amazing location - watched dolphins, whales and turtles from lanai. With 4 en suite pods, everyone had space and privacy. The common areas and laundry room were perfect for family time.

Paradise!

We had an amazing stay! My family loved it and can't wait to go back. The location, the privacy, the turtles! BBQ in the backyard, Amazing Lanai! Can't wait to go back and spend more time there one day!And the owner was great - very helpful and easy to communicate with.

We had an incredible stay at this beachside property! The location couldn't be better—right on the beach with huge waves perfect for surfing and swimming. The nearby food trucks offer a fantastic variety of delicious options, making dining easy and enjoyable. The property itself is well-maintained and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

The quiet beach is a gem

2nd time visiting. Easy entry, private bedrooms, no stairs and the lanai is the absolute best sunset viewing area.

Amazing property

Sea turtles abound and will rest for the evening on the beach right outside the house. Perfect spot to watch the sun set, relax, and pretend that you have no cares in the world.

Best Place To Stay!

We enjoyed our week here so much. It was everything we wanted. Peaceful, relaxing and the most beautiful sunsets. Don’t think twice about this place. The property managers were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back and will stay here again!

Can't beat the setup and view!

Truly amazing property! We were a little on the fence with how the setup would work out (bedrooms disconnected from the main living area), but this ended up being awesome. We had a group of six and everyone could spread out, yet all be together. View was incredible as well. Five stars all the way around!

This property is amazing! Such a beautiful back patio, we never wanted to leave! We had everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, rest & relaxation!! We hope to be back!!!!

Sea Turtles!

There are few things better than watching a sunset on a private-feeling beach, unless of course you add a plethora of green sea turtles swimming around and sunning themselves right nearby. A magical home with a spectacular view and snorkeling right outside!

Wonderful stay in beautiful Puako!

We enjoyed an amazing week in Puako at this lovely home. The layout was great- lots of privacy for our three teens, but a beautiful main gathering space for us to enjoy dinners, movies, and games (and lots of beautiful sunsets!) Watching the waves every morning and night was so relaxing and blissful. We have fallen in love with the Big Island and can't wait to be back!

Week in Paradise!!

Amazing week vacation in paradise!! Beautiful home with million dollar view. We had a wonderful time enjoying sunsets and spending time with friends and family. Gregg was a fantastic host and very responsive. We didn’t want to leave!! Highly recommend. Thank you!
