  • This beautiful and spacious condo at the Palm Villas at Mauna Lani Resort is ideally located on Pauoa Road, approximately 20 minutes north of Kona International Airport. Built in 2005, the community features just 44 residences spread across six acres of lush, meticulously landscaped grounds, offering a peaceful and private island setting. This quiet, tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo also includes a large upstairs loft, thoughtfully arranged as a third sleeping area. Situated near the historic petroglyph park with views of Mauna Kea, guests enjoy exclusive access to the nearby Mauna Lani Beach Club. Here, you’ll find a pristine white sand beach, lounge chairs and cabanas, exceptional snorkeling, and the popular open-air restaurant, Napua—perfect for lunch, dinner, or a refreshing afternoon cocktail.

    Ideal for couples, families, or friends, the home offers over 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it easy to gather and entertain. The primary suite features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. Upstairs, the loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed, along with a sitting area, dresser, and desk, all with views toward Mauna Kea. A stackable washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. Please note, this is a second-floor unit with interior stairs leading to the main living areas and bedrooms.

    The west-facing lanai off the living room is the perfect spot to start your day with coffee or unwind with an evening meal while overlooking the tropical gardens and pool. It also features a gas BBQ and kitchenette — ideal for grilling your island catch.

    For added convenience, the unit includes a dedicated carport, a private garage space, and an additional parking placard for on-street parking within the gated community.

House was perfect for my family of 6. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. Back lani was shaded in the afternoon and peaceful to sit on all day. Great area to stay. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am which was nice. Resort beach was some what private, restaurant on the beach has amazing fish tacos. We walked everywhere: to the beach, coffee, shopping, etc. Would stay here again.

This was our first trip to the big island, and I would say we really lucked out on this place! The place was very clean and comfortable and we felt very safe. The location, access to private beach club, onsite pool, neighborhood, etc., were a perfect introduction to the island. There was a complete selection of beach items - from folding chairs and beach umbrella, to ice chests and snorkeling gear. We ventured out every day to other beaches and locations, but we felt the private beach club with cabana chairs, wonderful snorkeling, easy parking and access, made our "home" beach our favorite of all! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and we would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The location was great - we used the Mauna Lani Beach Club a lot...nice to be able to park there when we had towels and snorkeling gear and also a nice walk to the beach through the PetroglyphPark.

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The community with nice and quiet. It seemed to be mostly older folks. This unit is upstairs, so we had to be extra careful to be quiet enough, which is tough with 3 young kids. We had a lovely stay!

Perfect for a family celebration

Located in a beautiful area of the island. Convenient to shopping. On-site pool and hot tub a plus. Private beach club is nearby, and my family enjoyed a whole day there. Food and service at beach restaurant was a plus.

Great quiet condo in a perfect location, Mauna Lani

Central location near tennis center and a short walk to the beach. We have stayed at this complex 5 times, and are always happy. This condo has everything, complete kitchen, barbecue, garage full of beach items, and a pass to the beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the condo was clean. It is comfortable and spacious as well.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Mauna Lani. Easy access to beach for hikes and general exploration. Short car ride to town of Kihei and other local spots. The condo was clean and had everything we need, including snorkeling gear and towels. Thanks again for a fun stay!
