Beautiful location and well supplied

Of the many condos we’ve rented, this one had the best supplies and loads of beach equipment. The owners provided spices, condiments, paper supplies, shampoo and conditioner, to name just some things. There were lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Sitting on the patio for meals was wonderful. Nearby beaches are great for swimming and snorkeling and are child friendly. The property manager was helpful and responsive. She arranged the loan of infant equipment and was able to give us a delayed checkout time. My only caution would be , if you have boisterous or noisy children, this might not be the place for you. The condo association is very strict about noise control and kids’ activities. We were told our 4 year old granddaughter shouldn’t play ball on the lawn and we were asked to be quieter when she was shouting with excitement in the pool. This was all done very nicely but as we noted, it’s hard to keep little ones quiet when they’re playing. Otherwise a perfect holiday home.

Good location and well-appointed condo

Very good location with close proximity to beach and tennis clubs. The owners were conscientious to provide access to some water gear such as snorkels/masks, fins, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels etc. A couple of maintenance issues- garbage disposal didn’t work upon arrival but owner eventually messaged a fix for us to try which solved it. TV in main room and WiFi never really worked. Several light bulbs out in master bath. Overall a positive experience though.

Fantastic place

The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to ocean and watch the sunset. Very easy to move around the island. The finish of the unit is beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful "clean" condo!!

This is a wonderful vacation spot. The house is super clean and owner has everything in it that you could possibly want. If its not there, you probably don't need it. Owner is the most reponsive and accommodating person I have ever dealt with over numerous years of renting from vrbo. The house rooms are set up very well and the view from lanai is so peaceful. You wake up to the birds singing every morning. We stayed in October so area was not busy. We were on ground floor with no one above us, so very quiet. We will rent this spot again.

Hawaiian Family Vacation

Took the entire family (4 teenagers) to Hawaii for our vacation this summer. This unit had everything you need to have a great time. Unit had plenty of space for our girls and boys. The kitchen was well equipped and outdoor patio had an excellent grill with exhaust for grilling. Beds were comfortable and well maintained. Unit was spotless and came with a washer & dryer with detergent for laundry. In the garage, we had umbrellas, chairs, and snorkel gear to enjoy at the beach club which has great snorkeling. It was like swimming in an aquarium, we saw turtles most days. Mauna Lani is a great resort with two excellent and beautiful golf courses. Also the shops were close to the unit and walkable. It is only 30 minutes away from the Kona airport. Barb was and excellent host with suggestions and very responsive to our questions. We took several day trips during the week to see all the spots on the big island and even a day trip to Honolulu. We all had a great time and look forward to going back.

Favorite beach getaway

Our family has been lucky enough to stay at this beautiful condo a few times now and it never ever disappoints. It has everything you need for the beach and all the comforts of home. Beautiful spot near the pool but still private. A short wonderful walk to the beach. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Great time at Mauna Lani

We had a wonderful stay! We were two adults, and 3 teenage girls. Barbie was quick to answer our questions, and provided good feedback on navigating the area. The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation, and we made good use of the snorkeling gear and beach chairs. The location is great for exploring the island, and I would definitely return!

Wonderful Place and Location

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is really nice with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen and outdoor grill are fantastic. The house is very well stocked for cooking. All the beach gear including snorkeling is provided in the garage. Bikes in the picture are not available for use. The only minor issue with our stay was noise from the upstairs neighbors. The morning they were packing to head out woke us up very early with loud footsteps above us. That was the only time noise was an issue, never heard the cleaning crew or the next guests that moved in. Overall a great place, I would highly recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Great rental

Very well stocked and maintained condo in a quiet complex in the Mauna Lani area. You get access to the mauna Lani beach club beach and parking which made beach days with our toddler a breeze. We look forward to repeat stays here. Barbra was responsive and ensured everything went smooth.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing, lovely!

The condo was as listed and more. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us and our teen kids. The garage is filled with everything you could want for a beach or pool day - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, cooler on a roller. Lots of great places to walk around, very convenient location. The owner was very responsive anytime we reached out, and she was very friendly and kind. Would stay here again for sure.

Fabulous stay

The condo was perfect for our group (grandma, couple, kids (11 & 14). Really well stocked both in the kitchen and in the garage. The girls loved being able to spill out the backyard directly into the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy (15 minutes for rabble), although a little exposed for some on the tired march home. But it was worth it since we were greeted by sea turtles literally steps into the water. The location gave us perfect access for what we wanted to explore. The parking access at the beach club was great. Hāpuna beach was fantastic and just a short drive. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, exactly as advertised.

We would go here again, if we had the chance. It was great. I guess the only thing that would be nice to fix would be to get the knives sharpened for other folks who use the kitchen as much as we did :)

Excellent Condo in Palm Villas Mauna Lani

This is just a wonderful condo in a small community in Mauna Lani. It is just steps out the back lanai to the pool and about a 3/4 mile walk down to the beach club (or a quick drive). The beach club is excellent for swimming/snorkeling. The condo was as advertised with everything you could need for a fun Hawaii stay: snorkel equipment, beach chairs/towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards. Condo is stocked with essentials so just needed to go to the store for food/perishables. The host is amazing and goes out of her way to be sure your stay is special. This will definitely be the condo I come back to for my Hawaii vacations! Mahalo and Aloha!

Classy Town Home

The first thing I noticed was how tasteful the decorations were. Someone paid attention to the details. This was the perfect location for us as well. The beaches in this area are commonly white sand, with great snorkeling or boogie boarding which we love. This home had everything we needed. No need to rent anything for beach going! They have many boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels, and coolers. Barbra was great. She was super responsive to our needs. We had a noise complaint with our upstairs neighbors and she reported it right away.

It is a lovely three bedroom condo on the ground floor. Easy access to the beach and many fun things

The only issue we had was the noise of the many feet above us during our stay. We heard their walking, jumping and at times we saw the light fixtures shake. Thankfully we only had two nights of the 6+ person family staying above us.

Great Family Stay

This condo is located in the beautiful resort area of Mauna Lani. It is roughly 25 minutes N of Kona International Airport. From the moment you pull up to the gated entry on the street, you feel like you are in a resort. The condo is well decorated and fully stocked. Our family of six, (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of room too spread out. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms were very spacious. The living area had a very nice and comfortable sectional and one arm chair. The eating area was equipped with a table and six chairs, plus four bar stools at the counter. The kitchen had everything you would need. From two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) to a blender. Plenty of spices and other cooking material was in the pantry and cabinets. Our family enjoyed the walking path to the beach, the closeness of the pool, and the shopping area that had a grocery, juice bar, and coffee shop. The beach toys, chairs, fins and snorkels were a nice added touch, plus there were even coolers in the garage we used for a travel day to the Hilo side of the island. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Barbara also had a lot of great tips.

Perfect Vacation

The house is exactly what you see on line. The host has it fully stocked and amazed by all the little stuff they have. The pool is right outside back door, avale to barbecue and enjoy the quiet environment. Cooked multiple meals, make it easier with small kids. The beach club was great for snorkeling and teaching my kids without having to book an excursion. The host has a paddle board, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear. We enjoyed our trip and felt so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home and enjoy this beautiful island

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic week here. The condo is beautiful, and has all the amenities you could possibly want. Barbra is a great communicator and was always quick to respond to our questions. Our granddaughter loved the close proximity to the pool. I loved waking up and enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai, listening and watching the beautiful birds. Wonderful Vacation and Great Townhouse

This townhouse was the best stock townhouse I have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. We went and got groceries but didn't have to worry about picking up basic spices or sauces. The communication with the owner was top notice. We had a small water heater problem and she was right on it and had it fixed in no time. The beach toys were great! The small complex is wonderful. There were rarely more than a couple of people at the pool. If you want a quiet relaxing vacation, Book this townhouse.
