This home was perfect for our large family of 8. We were able to explore Zion, Bryce, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We loved the patio where we could grab a quiet morning cup of coffee or watch a family movie. We saw deer in the yard twice and had plenty of room to spread out and relax after long hikes and exploring. Thanks for the great home, communication, and help finding activities.

The house is well equipped, from kitchen to laundry room. Not only were we happy with our stay, Micah, the host is very responsive. And, if you get lucky, you will be visited by deers in the backyard!

Extra-large freezer, fridge, washer and drier. Also, exceptional kitchen and laundry room amenities. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck, enjoying a pleasant afternoon. Bonus, my youngest son enjoyed jumping on the trampoline.

This was a great place to stay with the family. Lots of room and especially kid friendly. Toys and games for the young kids and a slide on the bunk bed. The kitchen was large with plenty of refrigerator and counter space for cooking.

I’ve rented this place twice and was very happy with it both times. House is in good shape and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There are multiple gathering spots both inside and out. It’s a great home base to have in Kanab and I am sure I will be back.

The house is nice, very clean and close to town but still had a visit from a fox and large buck deer in the back yard. They have motion sensor lights and that is how we were able to see them. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbor was friendly

A great house and outdoor spaces! Grandchildren loved the in ground trampoline and apple tree. Kanab is a great place to visit with lots to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Kanab and this beautiful house. Under the red rocks, hiking trails near by and a central location to our daily adventures to Zion, Bryce and North Rim Grand Canyon. Two families of four fit perfectly in this house. The kids loved the trampoline and the adults loved sitting outside in the many different sitting areas. Cooking was easy with all the pots and pans and spices. Tons of dishes and great knives too. Beds were comfy, house overall had a wonderful cozy feeling. Noticed they had baby amenities which is really nice if you have a little one. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home was clean and and was perfect for our needs. The children loved the trampoline in the backyard! The home was a perfect location to three national parks and state park. The town offered groceries and restaurants for dinner out. Would definitely return. Thank you

We are a family of 5, with teenagers and a younger sibling. We are accustomed to having our own space and this house was perfect for that. We used all of the spaces available and enjoyed time together on the deck in the evenings. Kanab is a great town and a perfect distance to the North Rim, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. We also took a tour of the Coral Pink Sand Dunes and volunteered at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. There was plenty to see on morning and evening walks around town or hikes on the trails.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We had five women in our group and we all enjoyed our stay. Micah, our property manager, was very nice to work with and answered any questions we had very quickly.

Everything was very clean and the property management was fast to respond to any questions or requests. My only feedback was that we didn't like having to walk through someone's bedroom to share one of the two bathrooms on the property. Not much you can do about that, but it was still a great space. LOVED the deck!

We came down to visit our parents and had a small family reunion with my extended family. The home was excellent for kids of all ages and it felt like the adults could be in one space, the teenagers in one and the smaller kids in another. We had a group birthday party and the deck and yard were perfect for spending time outside to enjoy the beautiful red rocks of Kanab.
