Although Kacie was awesome with helping us get a place to store our trailers and UTV it would have been better to know up front that we couldn’t have them on the property. We didn’t learn this until later, after we had already booked. But, the house was wonderful.

All good but be aware that you cannot use the garage for parking off-road vehicles and the are not allowed on the driveway or on the street. Makes it a bit difficult.

Beautiful, huge house, extremely peaceful and quiet. There is an incredible view of dramatic red sandstone cliffs right out the back. You can sit back there and lounge and enjoy the view.I was there with three relatives and friends for a birthday weekend of hiking. We made a lot of use of the nice big kitchen, including the grill out back. One other terrific thing about the house is that you can walk out the door and access an open space trail system within just a couple of blocks.I had never been to Kanab before but I loved it. It's a quiet, pretty town with all of the restaurants and services you would need. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home!

Our reservation, check-in, and check-out went smoothly. The questions I had were answered in a timely manner by the home's manager. The home was clean and had all that we needed, including Wi-Fi access. The clubhouse was right across the street and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We loved the privacy in the back yard and that the home is nestled up right next to the beautiful red cliffs of Kanab! We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again.

Wonderful Location for Exploring the Area

There were 8 of us; 4 couples who traveled to Kanab for a week of hiking in and around Kanab. The house was wonderful for the 8 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked; nice dining room area for all of us spend meals together and a nice collective hanging out area (a bit small for 8 but we made it work!). The bedrooms were all very nice and roomy for everyone. The backyard provided wonderful space to be together and the clubhouse was a nice bonus as was the ability to walk out the door and be on a hiking trail in minutes. Finally, the responsiveness of the rental agent/owner could not have been better or more professional.

overall a nice stay

Location in small town of Kanab, we did day trips to Bryce Canyon and Antelope Canyon, both very doable. The neighborhood is great, beautiful backyards and can explore the rocks right behind the house for a quick hike. Clubhouse was nice, hot tub and pool a little small and not super modern, but still nice for a hot soak/swim after a day of hiking. Outdoor pool not open due to season, but looked nice. Great pool table. House itself was convenient, maybe a little dated but well stocked kitchen, nice laundry facilities and perfectly adequate bedrooms and bathroom. My biggest problems were the truly intense level of air fresheners. The sickly sweet smell was overwhelming when we arrived, I had my kids go through this house and unplug soooo many air fresheners. Also the carpet in the living room was odd- there was a sticky stain on it (could happen at any VRBO, hopefully cleaned up by now) but there was a weird sensation of crunchy, crinkly plastic under the carpet that was disconcerting. My mom thought maybe the airfreshener was to disguise the smell of former pet accidents? Overall that was disconcerting and I kind of didn't want to touch the carpet as it gave me the ick... But overall good stay.

Very lovely home. Very quiet town!

We had a very nice stay at this desert home. View from back of house was a small red mountain. House was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Pans need some updating. Overall a 4.5 stars. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!

Family hiking adventure around Kanab

This is an exceptionally well managed and cared for property. Our group of 2 60 year olds, 6 30 something’s and 2 children under 6 had our pick of good sized bedrooms and closets. All the bathrooms were well appointed. The kitchen was well well stocked with essentials allowing us to eat in every night. We would definitely stay here again.
