When I booked this place, I didn’t know what I was in for. This place was great. There were plenty of rooms for me and my family, and even more beds than I could’ve ever imagined. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were spacious, and all the secret rooms and closets added a nice little mystery to exploring the home when we first got there. I remember my little granddaughter saying, “isn’t the best part of the vacation when you get there? The excitement when you first arrive, everyone picking rooms and settling in?” Such an insightful little four year old. My one complaint was the theater room chairs. They were not very comfortable! It was exactly how I imagined Princess Pea feeling as she tried getting comfortable on all those mattresses. Really, though, that was my only complaint. Everything else was lovely. I remember my husband saying, as we lie in bed together the last night of our trip, as I read some tabloid and he read some book, “wow. Well this place has just been lovely.” He’s my insightful little 53 year old. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to kanab with a bigger family, as there’s plenty of space: in the beds, bathrooms, and fridges. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this spacious clean house.

This is the second time we stayed at this house. We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend this time with some of the family and it worked out perfect for our group. It was nice to have a big kitchen and the kitchen amenities to cook Thanksgiving dinner!

Rented this property with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids ages ranging 6-11. Had an awesome theater for the kids. Tons of space and each room had plenty of apace for everyone. House had all we needed. Overall great stay.

National and state park trip

Excellent communication from host, very clean, and lots of sleeping options which made it great for large group. Very nice outdoor area. We watched a few movies in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked. We chose to stay in Kanab for our trip to the parks. Very convenient location to Zion, Bryce, The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon.

Super fun place to stay!

The creativity in the decor of this place is fantastic!! It’s like being immersed in the old west with amazing modern amenities!! We stayed there for my daughter’s wedding and we didn’t want to leave! Spacious! Clean! Comfortable!

The dining tables were set when we arrived!

We are a group of senior citizens in Kanab to ride UTVs. The home provided sufficient parking and bedrooms. The kitchen was spacious and had two full size refrigerators. The property manager promptly replied to all our questions and remedied our minor issues. Great stay!

Spacious!

We loved how big the house was, we only needed 4 of the 7 rooms, but would love to come back with more of the family next time. There were tons of beds, bunk rooms, nice yard, and plenty of extra bedding, blankets, and towels which we appreciated. Cute poker room and nice theater room. We drove to Zion and Bryce Canyon from the house for day trips, but want to add Grand Canyon next time, when it is open. Easy rental and check in/out process. Thank you so much! (PS We meant to replenish the few pieces of wood we used for a small fire, but forgot, so let us know if we can compensate you!). Thanks again for the wonderful space!

Even better than we expected!!

We had a reunion in Kanab over Thanksgiving. This was a wonderful home with plenty of space, well equipped, clean, clean, clean!! The backyard was fun for the kids and the home has lots of fun surprises. Everyone else at the reunion was jealous of our accommodations!! Would definitely stay again!!

Kanab Base for Trailfest

We’ve stayed here twice for Trailfest… perfect and convenient for area hiking and outdoor adventures. Very comfortable for our party of 8. Very clean and well furnished house… the host and owners couldn’t have been nicer! Highly recommend !!

Great house for group of nine

Our family stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the space and comfort of the house. We also enjoyed our sightseeing excursion to Zion National Park while we were there. The grandkids loved exploring the house and locating the extra spaces hidden behind bookcases and the jail under the stairs. The house is located within a short distance of some great restaurants, as well as a pharmacy and ice cream shop.
