Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also very good.

Lower quality than expected
River view is a lovely serene setting. Pool is a social setting. But everything else was rough around the edges. Walls and furniture are dirty/scuffed. Lobby is not a comfy hangout space it appears in photos. Some staff where more helpful than others. It was ok for a couple days. The price didnt match the quality in Thailand, but small changes could fix it.

We had a nice room with a great view, comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom.The simple buffet breakfast at the Railway Restaurant was good. We didn't see any bar so assuming it was in the restaurant and according to Reception only operational during the day. Also if you wanted dinner you had until 5.30pm to place your order as it was room service only, the restaurant did not open. The slippers in your room are used so if you want to use them I suggest socks. There are no cable TV channels for English speaking only the French and DTW news. Room service is hit and miss with coffee and tea so you will need to ask Reception for teabags, sugar, etc. Most importantly there is a long laminated list in your room on every item and what you will pay if you damage, break or take. Consider it a souvenir they say.

Excellent location. Very Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Pool was great and breakfast was wonderful. Will stay again and highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

Lovely property with the nicest people working at the front desk. We loved having pool access directly from our room and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!!

Very nice hotel -- everything kept to a high standard. We even got a free room upgrade and breakfast included in the deal, with a beautiful river view room. Excellent value.

Best Hotel in kanchanaburi
It's a great hotel. It's quite in the evening and if you want to go out it's only 1 min walk to the first bar. Rooms are clean and bigg and the staff is very great. We stayed here 2 times and will come back for sure.

Great hotel for relaxing
A great and clean hotel. Staff so very friendly and want to do everything for you. Beds are very comfortable and the bubble bath is nice. Only thing they need more beds at the swimming pool. We will come back for sure

A pleasant stay
The pool access rooms were great, we definitely took advantage of that. The jets in the bathtub were also stellar. The room itself was a bit dark and somewhat muggy, but all in all a super solid stay with fantastic river views, and walkable to bars, restaurants, some historic sites.

Location is excellent for easy access to CWGC Don Rak cemetery. Slight downside, almost no wardrobe space, no where to hanG dress uniforms and formal wear.

Great hotel with fabulous pool and river views!
Fabulous hotel with wonderful views of the river and a great pool. Convenient parking and walkable bars and restaurants made this a great location. Easy to reach all the sites nearby but few like when you entered the hotel grounds you were separate. We had jacuzzi baths overlooking the river and they were amazing! Gorgeous bathroom and a great breakfast although make sure they know you are a vegetarian beforehand. If you are staying in the area this hotel is a must stay!

This is riverfront hotel located in middle of downtown. 5-10 minutes to great coffee and food. Room is large, clean and comfortable. What make it so special is jacuzzi in all rooms with river view. Check-in and check-out is easy and quick. Only BF that need and improvement.

Wir konnten die Reise aufgrund Corona nicht antreten, Hotelkontakt war super, Expediakontakt eine Frechheit! Trotz mehrmaligem Versuch (telefonisch wie auch per E-Mail) wurde uns keine Rückmeldung gegeben, sondern immer nur vertröstet. Das Hotel hat sich sehr bemüht! Expedia überhaupt nicht!!

Externally looks good and nice. The staff are respectful. The room is not as nice as it looks in the pictures; feels quite old and unclean. jacuzzi worked well. There was a cockroach in the room which the staff used insecticide to kill but refused to change the room even though there was one available albeit the pool view (higher grade). Pool is too small. Breakfast had quite a few options which was nice. Overall, could have been better.

Dejligt hotel med fantastisk udsigt!
Hotellet ligger fantastisk central beliggenhed, man kan tage en tuk tuk for 60 bath til River Kwai broen. Hotellets personale var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi fik love til at check in før tid. Vi havde en smuk udsigt over floden kwai. Værelse var pænt og rent med en jacuzzi på badeværelset. Vi er meget tilfredse, og kommer helt sikkert igen.

Le plus intéressant est l’environnement les piscines la vue sur le fleuve la grandeur des chambres la qualité de la literie . Pour les inconvénients la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit pour dormir . Il y a un jacuzzi mais il ne marche pas ne reste pas dedans c’est dommage car il y a une vue magnifique sur le fleuve.
