“This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!”

This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to. We ended each day watching a family of deer graze on a hillside with a million dollar view of the KC skyline behind them. It really must be seen to be believed. When you finally pull yourself away from the view, you are just minutes away from spots like Union Station and the surrounding attractions. “Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!”

“Awesome views, very clean. Beach lounge chairs are provided by Palm Bay, but they don’t provide umbrellas, you can rent one at the beach, around 28. We got lucky and there was a beach umbrella in the closet along with beach toys and kid floats. There were only a couple of small issues that are not real issues, more of an inconveniences. No paper towels, no salt n pepper and no grill utensils. These were fixed with a quick Instacart order and we didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay here...
