"Al hotel le faltaba mantenimiento, la regadera se tapaba, el agua del lavabo goteaba las terrazas necesitaban un arreglo , en general se veía medio abandonado , el personal bien pero poco el servicio muy lento , solo había una persona en recepción , que hacía el check in y también guest services , no había concierge , cuando llegamos no había nadie quien nos ayudara con maletas . El servicio de desayuno a la carta lentísimo , el pan dulce de la cafetería se terminó muy temprano , en general es un hotel con potencial , y el personal que tienen es amable , pero les falta contratar gente y darle mantenimiento tanto a áreas comunes como a los cuartos."
