Kick back and relax in the cozy living room, featuring a spacious sectional couch, an additional accent chair, and a 65-inch Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring.



Dining Room & Coffee Bar

The dining room offers seating for six and doubles as your personal coffee haven. Enjoy a complete coffee bar with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over setup. Coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are included with every stay. Ready to swap your coffee mug for a cocktail glass? You’re covered with a stylish mixer set ready for your favorite beverages.



Kitchen

This fully stocked kitchen has tons of counter space for meal prep and includes all your cooking essentials—cookware, dishes, and silverware. All major appliances are stainless steel, and you’ll find handy small appliances like a toaster, blender, and hand mixer to make cooking a breeze. We also provide dish soap, paper towels, and hand towels.



Bathroom

The home features one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest receives a large bath towel and washcloth, plus dark makeup-removal towels for added convenience.



Bedrooms

You’ll love sinking into bed here—both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with linens and soft pillows for ultimate comfort. One bedroom also includes a TV for late-night winding down.



Sunroom & Backyard

A unique highlight of this home is the converted sunroom, now a peaceful space for your at-home gym and meditation practice. Step through to the scenic backyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.



Parking: Private driveway for this home to the right below the front porch that can fit 2 small vehicles, the driveway is narrow. Street parking is also available on a first come first serve basis.

*BOOK YOUR STAY WITH CONFIDENCE! THIS HOME IS PROPERLY REGISTERED AND LICENSED TO HOST!



EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
