This is a shared home with three young children living upstairs. Their bedrooms are located over the garage, so while noise transfer is minimal overnight, we want guests to be aware of daytime noise that does carry.

Due to the suite being a basement, some of the ceilings are unusually low to accommodate duct work. Tall guests may need to duck under door frames and ducts.

Shared garage access; the suite itself is private.

No full kitchen, but the provided appliances allow for easy meals and snacks.
