The location is in the River Market area and it is amazing. The unit is in great shape and set up wonderfully. The only drawback is that it is next to a bar that is open until 3am and can be a little noisy in the weekends.

Great communication with the owner. The loft had everything we needed. Walking distance to the River Market. Highly recommend a BBQ restaurant called Pigwich, where Food Network host Guy Fieri filmed an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The loft was very clean. Highly recommend!!

Great location near restaurants, bars, city market and the street car. The parking can be tough. All the parking directly around the apartment is payed parking. There is some free street parking on the other blocks but they are hard to get.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful loft after a concert near Union Station. It fit our varied group (adultteenager, adultpre-teen, 3 adultsteenager) well with it's layout. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the living areas were comfortable for hanging out. The location was both a pro and a con for us. We were familiar with River Market. Being able to take the streetcar downtown was amazing. Walking City Market on the weekend was enjoyable. Having a Dominos in walking distance after the show at 1am saved us. But, the vape shop directly below the loft meant it smelled of weed most of our stay and 2 if the bedrooms were in close enough proximity to the bar below that it was noisy until roughly 3am. We also had men sitting at a table directly outside the door to the loft who were friendly, but unsettling as the females entered by keypad alone. Our exterior door handle was jostled twice after we locked it.The hot water in the showers was welcomed, but pretty intense, it didn't adjust well. 3/8 of us had to get out quickly otherwise it would scald them. It would have been nice if we could have left run dishes running in the dishwasher at departure, instead of having to do them all before we left. That felt tedious, and like something the cleaning crew-not the guests should have to do. We were also surprised to find only 1 trash bag on property. That seemed stingy, especially when we had to get more to allow us to clean up after ourselves.

Check in was easy, the place was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 6 people. We enjoyed the night life and multiple restaurants/bars near by but the street below the loft can get loud on Friday and Saturday nights. We would definitely stay again!

The location was interesting. It was a great spot to be close to a lot of things we were doing. However, there was a Vape shop below us and the bakery has been permanently closed. The parking situation isn't great, and the host explained that to us before. It was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. Walking to the River Market on Saturday was great. Also, highly recommend walking to The Farmhouse for breakfast.

Love the loft!!

Perfect for us!

This loft was perfect for what we wanted! The main room does smell like marijuana because of the dispensary downstairs but we had seen that in previous reviews and we’re already prepared!

Beautiful property! Would have preferred to know about the smoke shop below the loft before booking. When we first arrived our code was not set, but after contacting the host they got it set for us. Very spacious and beautiful space. The hot water heater had been turned off from some work that had been done earlier in the week, but after some communication with the host they got it fixed for us too.

6 Women for Long Weekend

The location of this property is great. The other reviews do point out that the noise can be an issue in the front bedrooms during the weekends and that is very true. We brought a small white noise machine and that helped. The heater wasn't working when we arrived, so it was quite cold when we went to bed. However, as soon as I reached out about it Rachel and Tommy made sure to get the heater fixed as quickly as they could. It was working again within hours of me contacting them. One of the dining chairs was missing, which made it a little challenging with 6 adults. Parking was about $25 a day in the lot across the street. The convenience of that lot was nice. It is walkable to restaurants and bars.
