Great stay!

Place was clean, private (felt like you were removed from town, but very close to Smithville downtown and Kansas City), and the owners were fantastic! Definitely somewhere I plan on staying again.

Truly a country atmosphere, in a quaint, small rustic place

This is a small place with a very small kitchen and shower, but quiet and equipped well.

Safe, peaceful and convenient

Beautiful cottage for close to the price of a hotel room. Well worth it while I was in town visiting family. All of them who stopped by, loved the place. My sister-in-law said she was going to look it up so she can recommend it to others.

Woodsy retreat

It is an amazing stay. The check in process was very easy. It was close to the wedding venue White Iron Ridge that we had a wedding at. It was well stocked and the view in the morning was nice. It was a pleasant space for our family.

This is an absolute perfect place to get away from it all and the town of Smithville has so many fun shops and a beautiful winery close by.

Relaxing home after eventful days

We had a great time staying here for a family of five! It was so nice to come back to this home after an eventful day (worlds of fun and nascar race) and relax in this cozy setup. It was also very close to local restaurants in Smithville and just a bit further for the KC area. We would definitely come back for another stay next time we visit.
