“Check in was good. Hotel is more like a hostel. They need to let people know they don’t supply towels. They have a machine that for 100Y you can get a capsule of a cheap towel which won’t help anyone. Quality is bad. BUT the machine was empty the whole time. They didn’t refill it. Which meant we had to go out and buy a towel to shower. Not what we expected on holiday. Also the showers are on a seperate floor. But the sinks areas and get ready stations.
