“Es un hotel muy grande que necesita remodelarse. Tiene buena vista, con vista al mar y al Fujiyama, si tienes suerte que no este nublado. Lo peor son los baños se ven sucios. La cama es cómoda y limpia. Esta en una zona residencial y hay donde comer cerca caminando. ”

“The service is definitely 5 stars! They know hospitality!! The food was good. Got the breakfast and dinner and this is the traditional kind of food. It was delicious. It is a bit far from the lake but there is a shuttle service and a bus that can take you to the lake. It takes about 20 to 30 mins with the shuttle and the wait for the bus. The Onsen was enjoyable, the traditional way of sleeping on the floor was also good, the room got a little warm as the AC did not get any cooler than it is...
