Construction is NOT taking place near the villa and there is no noise from the construction project but this is where they park. Lahaina Town is the only area of Maui that is closed until further notice.

This beautiful two-bedroom, three-bathroom Kapalua Ridge Villa is the ultimate retreat for the ideal Maui getaway. Located in the world-class Kapalua Resort, this stunning villa features unobstructed 180-degree, ocean views, as well as year-round sunset, coastal, island and golf course views. There is nothing more magical than watching as the sun slowly sets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai. During the winter months guests are offered front row seats as the humpback whales jump, show off their babies and otherwise entertain those onshore. It doesn’t get any better than this!


Upon entering this spacious villa, guests are greeted to magnificent views that grace every window. The island of Molokai fills the living room with tropical vistas that will take your breath away. No matter where you are situated in this villa, the views are sure to follow.


The living room features a large sleeper sofa, flat screen Smart TV, coffee table, ceiling fan, AC, work desk, an additional, cozy seating area behind the couch and of course, ocean views! This space is perfect for good company gatherings, and perhaps island “pupus”; or, simply for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Open your sliding glass doors, allowing the soft trade winds to flow through the villa.


Off the living room you will find a dining table with seating for four. This dining area is accented by wrap-around windows, with ocean and sunset views that rival anything the finest restaurants on Maui have to offer.


The remodeled kitchen is located next to the dining area, and is fully stocked with everything guests could possibly need to prepare and serve any meal. The kitchen features granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, custom tile work and magnificent ocean views which provide you with their companionship.  It doesn’t get much better than that when it comes to meal preparation.


The kitchen is complete with a freezer, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, sink with disposal and all small appliances including a Ninja Blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and more. During your stay, if you find you need something extra, please don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll be more than happy to provide it for you. 


Attached to the kitchen is a breakfast bar with seating for three, perfect for morning pancakes and guava mimosas! A wet bar sits to the right of the breakfast bar and features a sink with all the glasses needed to make the perfect cocktail of your choice.


One of the many highlights of this gorgeous villa is the large, wrap-around lanai just off the living room. Here you will find the BEST, 180-degree views at the Kapalua Ridge Villas. Enjoy vistas of the Kapalua Bay Course, the island of Lanai and Molokai, year-round sunsets and white-water ocean views. During whale watching season this is one of the best locations to watch the humpback whales splash about.


The lanai features a table and seating for four, as well as a lounge chair. Relax with a mai tai, or a chilled glass of Maui Blanc, and take in the paradise that is Maui!


The guest bathroom is located adjacent to the living room and features a vanity with a sink, shower and toilet. A full-sized washer and dryer is located in the hallway leading to the bathroom.


The first of your two bedrooms is located on the first floor and offers guests a spacious retreat to unwind. The bedroom features a king bed, end tables with lamps, a flat screen TV, dresser drawers, ceiling fan and AC. A private lanai connects to the bedroom and features seating for two and showcases beautiful ocean and island views!


Connected to the bedroom is a large, bathroom which has two vanities with sinks, a large soaking tub with a shower head and a private toilet. 


Upstairs, you will discover the large master bedroom with phenomenal ocean and coastal views. The bedroom features a king bed, end tables with lamps, dresser drawers, wrap around windows, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, AC, and, as an added bonus, an attached loft with a cozy seating area. With jaw-dropping ocean, sunset and island views, the master bedroom provides a setting that can only be described as heavenly.


The master bedroom also features a private lanai with seating for two. Here guests can enjoy the beauty that is the Kapalua Resort, as well as the vistas beyond! Take in a magical Maui sunset over the blue Pacific, or stargaze at night. You might find this to be your favorite spot in the whole villa.


The spacious master bathroom provides guests with a large soaking tub/shower, two full size vanities with sinks, toilet and walk-in closet. All three of the bathrooms in this villa afford guests enough room to comfortably prepare for the day, and in complete privacy.


This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. Additional guest parking is available alongside the building.



We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.



Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!



Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a day’s rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
