When we first walked in … the view is amazing. The furnishings and decorations top rate. Location is great … easy walk to Montage for morning coffee and breakfast. It doesn’t get better than this. Property manager very thoughtful and available. Very clean. Would love to return to this unit.

Our trip in Paradise!

Had an amazing time in Maui and the Kapalua Bay Villas were a wonderful addition to the week. The property was beautiful, with nicely appointed villas, and great access to the beach, walking paths, and shopping. If ever back on the island of Maui (which I hope we will) this will certainly be our vacation residence again!

Love!!

This was our first experience with Vrbo. We have always stayed in the nicer hotels when visiting Maui, but because we were bringing our three granddaughters, we chose this property so that we could all be together in one space. This was the nicest experience we have ever had in Maui in the 20+ years we’ve been coming here. This property was beautiful with gorgeous views and located by several lovely beaches within walking distance for the girls. The rooms were beautiful and quite large. We loved everything about this property and we can’t wait to come back and rent it again!!

Well stocked villa. Have stayed in Kapalua Bay Villas many times and bugs are usually an issue. No bugs inside and only one bug on patio during our week long stay!

Gorgeous views, close to trails and restaurants. Great decor, clean and homie.

Highly recommended property within walking distance of gorgeous views and great restaurants. the only minor issue is it states is sleeps 6 - we had 4 adults and 2 kids and the double beds did not comfortably sleep 2. Great experience overall and highly recommended.

As Good As It Gets!

We were extremely impressed with this property and for the money it was worth every penny -- great location, nicely furnished, gorgeous views (even better than shown in photos) and immaculate in every way. We could walk to Kapalua Bay, Merriman's, Sea House, etc. The grounds are beautifully maintained and it was always a pleasure driving back to the complex after a day out. Snorkeling was great at Kapalua beach and even better at Honolua Bay (beautiful coral and large schools of fish). We were disappointed in Merriman's happy hour. There was no shade provided on the patio and the appetizers were just mediocre -- also very crowded in general -- not a pleasant experience. We enjoyed lunch and one dinner at The Sea House however, and thought the food was very good for the money. We would definitely come back to this condo if we get the opportunity. It was a wonderful vacation rental!

Beautiful Maui house

Ideal house with amazing views and good proximity to the beach and steps away from the pool. The house had everything we needed including biggie boards, beach towels, umbrellas and a cooler. The pool area has the grills buy unfortunately the propane tanks went empty on us. Property manager was excellent with great email communication. But they never answered the phone, a small annoyance.

fabulous location and great views

we made a last minute travel to attend a funeral and decided to stay at this place. We checked in on Saturday and the A/C for the master bedroom was not working. We called and they finally fixed it. The unit was perfect for 4 people and comfortable. Everything was close by and the stay was very calm and enjoyable. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and rush of the town and gave us time to unwind. Totally worth the stay and beautiful location and nicely decorated.

Property Was Beautiful!

Haven't been back to Maui in almost 17 years and decided to go back with my family and stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas. Was not disappointed! The condo was beautiful with all the amenities we needed. Near the pool and the beach and shuttle service was an added plus. Would definitely rebook again!

Clean, beautiful views of the ocean and right next to the Ritz and Montage

We had a great time with my parents and our 16 month old son. The condo was fully stocked with beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, frozen beer glasses, an ice chest, and best of all, an ocean view that was jaw-dropping. Really clean property with lots of pool access and beach access.
