Kapalua Golf Villa 15T1 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, offering complimentary beach chairs (2 per bedroom), beach towels, and a cooler. We also have convenient concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. The unit will have bath towels and linens to ensure a relaxing and convenient stay from the moment you arrive.

PROPERTY ACCESS:
We will provide your arrival information two weeks before your arrival, or sooner if you are arriving within that timeframe. Check-in is at any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before or by 10:00 AM. *Early check-ins and late check-outs, in all cases, require prior approval and are subject to additional fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.

For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
