“Very nice accommodations ”

“We wanted to stay close to Turtle Bay, with easy walking distance to the beach. We could get to the beach and some restaurants within 10 minutes. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had one very minor issue with the dryer and the caretaker responded promptly when I contacted them. We would most definitely stay there again.”

“Poor host room was not clean. No cooking pots or pans. Limited silverware. We had to buy are our own cookware? gate fob didn't work half the time lighting was poor bulbs burnt out not even close to enough toilet paper needs a serious upgrade ”

“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. “We had a wonderful time. The condo was fully equipped with beach gear, air conditioning, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and other small necessities. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay, which was very helpful. While the condo is undeniably old, it has been renovated and is comfortable. It's quiet and close to the beach, so we'd love to stay here again.”
