The modern, detached holiday home impresses with its immediate proximity to the popular Weidefeld sandy beach and Olpenitz harbour as well as its high-quality and stylish furnishings. In the open-plan living area on the ground floor, you can enjoy complete holiday comfort, whether dining together or spending cosy hours by the fireplace.

The wooden terrace directly adjoining the living area with its attractive outdoor furniture invites you to relax, play or enjoy a cosy barbecue.



The kitchen is also equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the upper floor with a view of the OstSEE and the harbour.



For restful nights, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds as well as an optional full-size sleeping area in the form of a recamiere. A baby cot is also available for younger guests. If required, you will also find a bed rail in the house, which can be flexibly attached to each bed.



Haus GlückSEEligkeit offers the luxury of two bathrooms on each living level. An infrared sauna, whirlpool bath and shower with a view of the water on the first floor promise pure wellness. A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



Both young and old guests will find their holiday happiness in this holiday home: from board games and children's crockery to a handcart, everything is available; adults can also enjoy the comfort.



There is a private car park and a bicycle shed in front of the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the houses already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. The construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
