“The property is beautiful and well located for visiting Prince Albert. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast is possibly the best I have ever had in a hotel. Overall I would highly recommend De Bergkandt for anyone spending time in the Karoo.”

“Great place and a Lovely room!! But the check in felt a little weird/very rushed. The manager showed us the apartment and explained everything in like 1 minute. It was alot to take in and remember and he talked very fast so I had to ask again several times... It felt like he was in a hurry and that in turn made us feel unwelcome. Very weird customer service. But the place was lovely in a great quiet place with gorgeous surroundings.”
