The hotel and its decoration feel dated — more like an old-style 3-star property, definitely not matching the price charged.
Breakfast was not great, and the staff showed no interest or assistance. They didn’t explain anything or tell us whether it was possible to order eggs. Overall, zero attention to guests’ needs.
The worst part was the service. We booked through Expedia Platinum, which included a free upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. When we arrived, neither was provided. The hotel claimed the upgrade room was unavailable, but it was clearly listed as available on all booking platforms, including their own website. Regarding the wine, we contacted Expedia, who assured us it would be resolved. After not receiving it, we followed up again, and Expedia got the hotel to send it—but there was still no apology or explanation. At check-out the next day, no one asked about our stay or offered any follow-up. Overall, truly zero customer care…
The only positive aspect of the hotel is the view, but many hotels in the area offer great views. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.
