“The apartment was clean though a bit smaller than it looks in photos. I would have given a much higher rating but there was a sewer issue which the owner said was a city issue they couldn’t do anything about. The smell was so horrendous I couldn’t go into the bathroom without feeling nauseous. We tried keeping the bathroom door closed and stuffing towels under the door but the smell was still noxious. “Seaview from the master bedroom was a nice plus. The location is excellent: There is a grocery store 30m away, beach 100m away, free parking, fully equipped kitchen. The bulding is a pictueresque bulding from what we'd guess 15th-16th century the apartment inside was fully modern. Had a pleasant quiet stay here. 10/10”

“This was exactly what we needed for our one night in Split. The property seems at first like it might be in an odd location, but its only a block from the beach (with a cocktail lounge seaside), a small convenience store across the street & walkable restaurants. The room was bright & clean & in the midst of a reno. Its going to be really beautiful when completed!The host was very accommodating with our seemingly endless changes with our airline. ”
