Villa Beaufis in Kea, right over the sea, with its private sea water pool, offers serenity and relaxation. Our welcoming home is a stylish accommodation, with plain Cycladic atmosphere mixing seamlesly with ethnic and artistic touches. The island of Kea is full of tastes, culture, trails, archeology and only 1 hour away from Athens, 2 hours away from the airport.

Layout:
Ground: stylish living &dining room, open-plan modern fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom.
Lower level: 3 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathroom , 1 single bedroom and a third bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views.
Outdoor: large dining area, pool, sitting area, stone bar & BBQ, plus a delightful shaded swing bed at the lower outdoor level.

We welcome you to experience and enjoy all the Villas' outdoor spaces, i.e. sea-water swimming pool, terrace with lovely sunset views, BBQ, outdoor bar and shaded swing bed.

Other things to note:
Villa Beautifis is set to host ideally 7 persons. As it is shown at the sleeping arrangements section and on the photos, there are 3 large double bedrooms (of which two are master bedrooms with queen beds) and then one single bedroom with a single bed (photos 31 & 32 on listing's page). If there is at maximum an eighth person, it has to be a small child that might sleep on the couch, in the living room.

Thank you so much for having us stay at your lovely villa in Kea. The place was absolutely stunning - and the standard was very high . The rooms were clean and delicate - and we particualy was happy for the connecting bathrooms to the bedrooms. We were 7 peoples - and it didn`t feel crowded at all. Very good place to host adults and kids! Well stocked kitchen and house has everything you will need. Really nice outdoor area with pool, bar, bbq... 2 levels of terrace with enough shade... and quiet sitting areas Great sunset views!! Bose sound dock and Lots of candles to use. Korina was easy to get in touch with and Vaggelis responded when we needed help.

Such a beautiful house in the most amazing location on Kea island! The house is bright, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped- there was nothing that we needed and couldn't find within the property! Plenty of space both inside and outdoors, perfect for couples/families visiting with children and/or pets! Our communication with our host Korina prior to our visit was outstanding and we would love to visit the villa again!

We had a great time in this incredible villa overlooking the sea. We saw some of the best sunsets ever. The house is perfectly equiped, lovely interior design and beautiful floors. The infinity pool has sea water. Corinna is a perfect host, always ready to help for any need.

Korina’s place is wonderfull. Don’t doubt, just book it. We have done many airbnb’s worldwide, all of them great, but this was really something else. Impecable, tasteful, spacious, the view... we couldn’t have asked for more.

The Photos don't do justice to the property! Set on a quiet and picturesque hillside, it has great views of the sea. In addition to the pool, the outdoor space has a family sized table under a shaded patio right by the pool. This is where our group spent most of our time- enjoying the view and chatting while the kids ran around. There is also a wet bar complete with bar stools and fridges which is also by the pool and shaded. On the lower level there is a large swing and a couple of sun loungers- great as you emerge from the French windows of the bedrooms and have a morning cup of coffee with a fantastic view of the sea. Inside, there is a fair sized living space and kitchen in the upper level. The four bedrooms are on the lower level and are very well sized. Each of them has French windows that overlook the sea and the lower level outside space. While there is another similar villa that is adjacent, the complex really is secluded and quiet. It's a fifteen minute drive over mostly gravel roads back down to the port where you will find restaurants and shops including a couple of large supermarkets that stock most items. All in all our group of nine (including two kids) had a fantastic stay- the space was more than sufficient, the pool excellent and we made use of the outdoor grills as well as the kitchen to put together some lovely meals. The villa was very well stocked with linen and towels as well as with kitchen equipment crockery etc. Korina had even stocked some food and drink and bottled water for us. (The tap water all across the island is not drinkable so you will need bottled water. ) Korina was great with communication getting back to our questions and offering great advise and recommendations - both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a quiet and beautiful stay on Kea.

Dear future guest of Beautiful Secluded Villa, we had high expectations arriving to the villa and they were met in every possible way and beyond. The pictures doesn't do the house justice. It's amazing! How can you describe a magical sunset, the fantastic pool area or the beautiful in doors, you can't - it has to be experienced and lived. We did, and I am so glad that we chose this beautiful place on earth for our family vacation. Our contact with Korina has been perfect from day one with tips of car rental, ferry schedules and so on. The one thing I regret is not listening to her advice regarding renting a Jeep/SUV with 4x4. It was really necessary because the roads are a bit bumpy and not so smooth. We rented a Peugeot 308 and that poor car had a rough week, I can honestly say. During our stay we had the most perfect assistance from Vangelis (the foreman) helped us out within minutes. I can highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back someday. I miss it already, it feels like I left a piece of my heart there. Warm Regards, Patricia w/ family

Korina and her team are definitely super hosts!! All the booking process was very smooth and Korina made every effort for us to get the booking done since we had some small issues for a couple of days, but she helped us patiently till we sorted it out. Once in Kea we were picked up on time at the port and dropped to the villa, where they showed us how everything works. The Villa is absolutely beautiful (even more than the pictures we saw), with everything we needed to feel at home. Every single detail in the house is perfect , decoration , amenities, linen , towels , good connection of tv and wifi etc. Even a fridge full of cold beverages, fruits and a basket of goodies! The views from every single window of the villa are stunning not to mention the amazing infinity pool. Only one piece of advice: rent a car at the airport ,not in Kea ,since there is only one place to do it and not very reliable with the bookings. Ours was lost, so hubby had to go back to Athens to rent one!! You definitely need a car!!! Definitely a place to recommend and a place that we wish to come back in a near future!
