“We loved the quiet property. So relaxing and the train theme was great!!! While there was just the 2 of us, it would be a great place for a family, too!”

“This was a great place for our visit to Harpers Ferry. It was very spacious, secluded, and had all the amenities you would need. Highly recommend!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Shepherdstown property. The home was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location was excellent—close to Shepherdstown's charming downtown area, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops, restaurants, and historic character of the town. The property was also conveniently located near several historical sites and scenic walking trails, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and natural beauty. Harpers Ferry, Charles...

“The house was not clean. Surfaces were sticky, dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned, the toilet was broken, much of the furniture was unstable, including the beds, one of which had a loose pillar, the other with a headboard that was not attached to anything. The entrance through the carport was dangerous and ill-smelling. There was no functioning key to the front door, so entrance had to be made through the carport every time. In the horse bedroom, there was one...

“Jordan facilitated a great stay for us! The location was perfect for what we were up to and the house was clean, well apportioned, and Jordan was a fantastic communicator. Would definitely recommend this rental.”

“Very clean Very convenient Very nice stay”

“Great water access”

“Was nice place”

“The pictures used for the listing was not what was currently in the house. Upon arrival the wooden planks used for the sidewalk were loose and lifted when you walked. The driveway was overgrown with low tree line. The sidewalk was overgrown with weeds. The yard was in need of mowing. When opening the front door, the smell of “wet dog” instantly hit you. The carpet on the stairs were worn and in need of cleaning. The upper deck needs to be replaced. I got a splinter when using the railing. The...

“The property is very pleasant and well taken care of. The host is easy to communicate with and promptly responds to your questions. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very spacious.”

“This is a lovely property — highly recommended. We spent a week in Harper’s Ferry with our daughter and her dog. The fenced yard gave the dog what she needed, but the “star of the show” is the house which was clean and well-equipped. The primary bedroom is spacious and bright, as is en-suite bathroom. The layout on the main level is wonderfully open, and worked well for family together gathering, but is also large enough to permit separate activities. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes...

“Beautiful little vacation home. Pet friendly, clean and enjoyable. I’ll definitely return for another stay”

“What a pleasure! Both the accommodations and our Host! The home was on a very quiet street within walking distance of town. Exceptionally well appointed and very updated (in fact it appears to be brand new). Communication was great, we had zero issues. We were overjoyed with the coffee set up (we’re big coffee lovers), more choices for brewing than you can imagine! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching deer and enjoying our coffee in the mornings. Very spacious and comfortable. Will...

“Peaceful retreat! Lovely home!”

“The weather played havoc with our Memorial Day weekend plans, but we still managed to have a great time. We ended up spending far more time in the Robin’s Nest than originally planned, so I feel confident in saying it was a comfortable home away from home for us. We made a couple of meals and streamed some movies on the smart TV, but mostly we lounged around when we weren’t out seeing the soggy sights.”

“Great place for a relaxing stay. Having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is highly recommended”

“Beautiful setting and a well and thoughtfully appointed home. An aside but helpful tip is that there are not any nearby convenience stores if you forget a little something, so come prepared. The space is comfortable and fun and the view is fantastic, the location is convenient for a lot of local attractions and activities, but we also would have been content to just hang at the house! A very relaxing vibe. We would definitely stay again, and would hopefully share with friends and family, the...
