Large dos pisos Villa, fabulosas vistas al mar piscina privada con asiento Jacuzzi, Wfi

Nuestra Villa Fengaraki es una fabulosa villa situada en el plano Livadi naturales sólo un corto paseo de la bahía de Livadi virgen, que se encuentra en una posición ideal para hacer turismo por la isla de Cefalonia. Estamos a menos de 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad tradicional bulliciosa de Lixouri, donde encontrará una gran selección de restaurantes y tiendas. Abajo en el puerto cada mañana, para aquellos amantes del pescado se puede comprar pescado fresco de los pescadores de la zona, ideal para una noche de barbacoa. Cuando su sentimiento vago de la taberna local Paliki es sólo un par de minutos a pie de la villa. Los terrenos de la propiedad están amuralladas con aparcamiento privado y toda la villa está equipada con WiFi de banda ancha y TV por satélite La terraza cubierta ofrece sombra durante los calurosos días de verano y el gran patio es ideal para cocinar al aire libre en la barbacoa de ladrillo construido. El patio superior es ideal para los que adoran el sol en el sol, ya que esto es una trampa de sol casi todo el día. La piscina se mantiene cristalina y tiene un paso de baldosas para facilitar el acceso. También hay una zona de estar chorro de energía, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de las increíbles vistas al mar. Toda la propiedad tiene vistas a la bahía Paliki y en dirección a algunas de las montañas más altas de Cefalonia. Hay un juego de columpios y trampolín para entretener a los más pequeños. Es una gran villa de la familia. La bahía de Livadi es un plano natural que atrae a muchas variedades de aves y vida silvestre (ideal para los observadores de aves y naturalistas). La ubicación de Villa Fengaraki es ideal para visitar muchas de las áreas de la isla de Cefalonia, como Fiscardo, Assos, Agia Efimia y Sami con las cuevas y el lago. La península Paliki es una zona muy tradicional de Kefalonia y es ideal para aquellos que buscan capturar el viejo estilo griego. Usted puede incluso ser capaz de todavía echar un vistazo a el anciano caballero montado en su burro a la ciudad. Relaxing stay

Spacious villa in a quiet spot, 15 minutes drive from Lixouri and 15 minutes drive from stunning Petani beach. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet surroundings and had a lovely holiday!

Absolutely fantastic!! Very clean and well equipped. Supplying beach towels is a really good addition. Pool is very clean too. Would definitely stay here again. The owner's communication was great!!

Lovely stay

6 of us stayed here for a very enjoyable week. The villa was spotless and well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very accommodating about our request for early check in. Car essential to explore the area - lots of lovely beaches and tavernas locally . I would recommend the ferry rather than the longer drive from the airport . It may have been my driving but it took us an hour, and the ferry is enjoyable and relaxing .

A good experience

We stayed in Aug 23 as a family. Upon arrival I was impressed by the welcome hamper. It was more the usual bottle of wine, bread and milk. As we travelled with teens it was nice to have a half decent TV to for downtime or when it was too hot to go out. The house was clean and well presented. The flowers on each bed was a nice touch. The location was perfect for us. A quiet location with a great view of the lagoon. The local area is not as touristy as other parts of the island but there is a nice taverna about 10 mins walk away. The big plus was the distance to some nice beaches. Less than 15 mins drive you'll find Petani Beach but there a loads of other options very close.

Amazing week in Kefalonia

We had a fantastic week and made great memories. The villa is a good size, nicely furnished, clean and tidy. The pool is great, our kids spent hours in there. They especially loved the blue light at night. The location and views of this villa are stunning. It’s in an Ideal spot to get around the island. We loved hiring a car and using the ferry at Lixouri. Myrtos beach is stunning (taking beach shoes are an absolute must) Frances is a great host. Always on hand to sort any problem or answer any questions. We loved the 3 umbrellas taverna. It’s only a 10 minute walk along the road. The food is amazing and the owners make you feel so welcome. We loved Kefalonia and will be back!

Could Not Have Asked For More

We were a late booking August 2023 and were so pleased with the villa and owners attention to any issues and our enjoyment. Great property in a pretty and peaceful location, just a short drive from wonderful Lixouri and beaches. As 5 adults we had plenty of room and 3 out of 4 bedrooms with en-suites was a luxury we hardly expected when searching for the villa. The only minor gripe would be fridge space. The standard fridge freezer was a little restrictive for 5 adults and would be inadequate for more occupants. All the same this in no way detracted from a wonderful holiday and thank Frances and Barry for their hospitality and Ralph the lovely stray dog for his company! Martyn & Shirley

Excellent villa and location

We are two families of 4 with kids from 3-6. We stayed 2 weeks at Villa Fengaraki and had a fabulous time. The villa has everything you need in it, the rooms are spacious (smallest bedroom is the twin on the ground floor) and the beds are very comfortable. Air con in the bedrooms. The pool is fantastic and just the right size for younger kids. Plenty of sun loungers and eating outside was fab. We did have a few issues with electricity fuses etc but Frances was extremely quick to respond and told us how to fix it. Lovely welcome package on arrival and plenty of towels and sheets. The location is good for exploring the island and the beaches which are beautiful and great for kids (XI, Mega Lakos and our favourite Atheros) all within 20 mins drive. There is the 3 Unbrellas close by and plenty of places to eat and supermarkets etc in Lixouri. We had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our friends and family. My only request...more pegs for the washing line!!

Erholung bei griechische Gastfreundschaft - hervorragend

Geräumige Villa, gebaut in typischem mediterranen Betonstil. Schöner Außenbereich mit Pool, alles da was man braucht, inkl. "warmly welcome". Wenn was nicht funktionieren sollte wird prompt reagiert. Kann man nur empfehlen. Bis zur nächsten Stadt oder schönem Strand nur wenige Kilometer. Auto ist also erforderlich. Taverne "Tis Pareas" mit sehr leckerem Essen und extrem netter Bedienung ist auch fussläufig erreichbar.

Lovely Villa - Great For Families

Very clean and spacious villa in quiet surroundings just 10 mins drive from Lixouri. Well maintained including the pool and fresh linen changed midweek. Local, friendly, family run tavern is 10 mins walk away with excellent fresh food. Lovely welcome package supplied on pre-arrival. We were a family of 3 couples plus an adult daughter and we all loved it and would highly recommend this property :0)

Fabulous family holiday with stunning views

Directions to the villa is the best we have ever had led us straight to the villa without the need for sat nav. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated on arrival. The villa was very clean with stunning views which the photos do not do justice to. Great location for viewing the highlights of the island well worth parking in lixouix to catch the ferry. The restaurant at the end of the road wasnt open but there is a restaurant within walking distance just be careful of the busy road. Some of the mosiquito blinds could do with updating. We had to buy some additional tumblers for long drinks. The outside area and swimming pool were excellant and enjoyed by all. Xi beach was excellant for young children which is close to the villa. We are all looking forward to returning to kefalonia and prehaps this villa in the near future.

Lovely villa with fabulous views

We were an extended family group of seven and wanted four bedrooms, a pool and WiFi. Villa Fengaraki did not disappoint, in fact it was larger than expected. The upstairs rooms were spacious and comfortable and although the downstairs one was smaller it was more than adequate. The pool was great and the surrounding area comfortable with plenty of loungers. The lower balcony had a large table and a pair is sofas and was widely used especially by those not wanting to sit in the sun. The view from here across the sound was fabulous and I'll miss eating my breakfast looking out at it. Lixouri is an easy 10-15 minutes drive and has plenty of supermarkets and eateries. There is also a taverna 10 minutes walk away with very friendly owners and great food. Xi, Organic and other beaches in this part of the island were 15-20 minutes away. Overall if you're a larger group or all want your own space this villa is ideal and the view is hard to beat

Amazing views and good location

We had a lovely time here! Everything was very easy to complete from booking the villa to accessing the directions were easy to follow to locate the villa, The villa is very clean and the linen was changed twice over our 12 day stay. You will need a car to get around. The xi beach is a lovely sandy beach not too far away. The restaurant down the road is very welcoming. There are numerous places to see we visited argostoli, the messini cave, skala to name a few! This is a beautiful island which has not been commercialised. The owner of the villa is very helpful when we had a few queries.

Wonderful holiday - again!

Returned for the third year running. Had a great family holiday again. All as we remembered it. Lovely clean villa and pool. Explored even more of the island this year. Had not visited Sami before. Enjoyed cocktails by the harbour. Visited our old favourites - potami beach, Assos, boat hire from Agia Effimia etc. Greeted warmly by tavernas in Lixouri who remembered us from previous years. Ate in the many tavernas in Lixouri and by ferry to Agostoli. You need a car to get around. Had some good days of relaxation around the pool. Villa and pool both regularly cleaned and Frances and Barry were very friendly and helpful as always. Hope to return again next year!

Returned for another fantastic holiday

Returned again this year after such a great holiday in this villa last year. We were not disappointed! Villa was even better than we remembered, had obviously been well maintained over the winter. The welcome flowers when we arrived were a nice touch. Villa was very clean and was cleaned regularly during our fortnight (as was the pool). Had some lovely lazy days by the excellent pool. Explored a bit more of the island this year. Potami and Zola are our favourite beaches (note that the beach tavern on Zola doesn't open until midday). Lovely day in Assos and would thoroughly recommend hiring a small boat from Agia Efirmia and spending a day exploring the beaches inaccessible by road (need to book). Ate in Lixori most evenings or took ferry across and ate in Agostoli (plenty of choice in either). Thank you once again to Frances and family who were always helpful. We hope to return again next year.

Lovely!

We had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Fengaraki. The house is spacious and well appointed and the pool is fantastic and was adored by the children (and the grown ups come to think of it!). The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we were very grateful for the air con in the bedrooms and the welcome pack of drinks and breakfast supplies. The linen was changed part way through the week. Frances was very easy to contact when we had a problem with the electricity and she helped us rectify it straight away. You absolutely need a car if you are going to book this villa as you need to drive into Lixouri (approx 15 mins) for supermarkets and tavernas, and of course if you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island. We found Lepeda and Xi beach to be very child friendly with shallow waters and virtually no waves. Petani was beautiful but the waves meant we weren't able to truly relax with two three year olds in tow so it was a short visit! This side of the island is far less busy than the more well known resorts on the east and south sides which suited us perfectly, although having been to Kefalonian several times It is well worth exploring the other parts, but perhaps not in the height of summer if you don't fancy driving down a steep coastal path to Antisamos beach only to find there are absolutely no sunloungers available! We were relieved that day to return to the peace and tranquility of Villa Fengaraki! All in all a great holiday!

Highly Recommended!

We wanted a villa for 8 people and fortunately we booked this one! Very reasonable price; nice facilities (including spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine etc); the pool had hydro-massage (!); the booking and payment procedures were easy and the manager/owner is very helpful. Last but definitely not least, when we arrived the villa was full of complimentary food and drinks. Just to mention a few: beers, wine, ouzo, milk, juice, bottles of water, eggs, bacon, bread, cereal, jam, honey, butter etc. I want to thank the owners for everything and I want to recommend this place to everyone!

Lovely property with beautifull pool.

Loved our stay here for one week. The villa has everything you will need. There was a delicious food pack waiting for us when we arrived including wine. We received a bottle of bubbly also as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. You will need a car to go around the island. Lixouri is around 10 minutes away by car. Plenty of good restauraunts there and shops and supermarket. None within walking distant. We had 3 teenage sons with us and they loved the clear blue pool that was maintained throughout our holiday. In July the water was lovely and warm! I enjoyd the small jacuzi tub. Really relaxing on a hot day and warm evening. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a necessity in July. It was a shame there was none for the living area. Would highly recommend for a family get together. Thankyou.
