"The hotel is good, however, the problem we had was the cleaning, from the day we arrived we reported that the bathroom was dirty and we reported it to the reception and they did nothing, they said they would talk to the cleaning people. The next day they were not able to do the cleaning service and they were reported again and they agreed to send a person in the afternoon and he never arrived. It leaves me very upset since the reception staff didn't really do anything and just gave me my way."
