  • Located in the vibrant Mission district, our condo in Playa Del Sol has beautiful views, furnishings, and amenities to create a glorious vacation for you in Kelowna. Located a few minutes south of the downtown core, close to hospital and it has great "quick" access to all of Kelowna’s amenities - beaches, golfing, wineries, skiing, shopping, restaurants.
    • Unit overlooks the back of the pool courtyard and is part of the inner core of the resort situated away from adjacent roads
    • Sunny deck with a view to the southwest
    • Unit has 2 full bedrooms with separate bathrooms, queen sized beds both and a den with another queen sized bed. Perfect for two couples with or without kids. We recommend a maximum of 6 people to really enjoy this space.
    • Granite countertops - kitchen and bathroom
    • Two (2) bathrooms - 4 piece with bedroom #1 / 3 piece with bedroom #2
    • Slate flooring in main area. Plank flooring in bedrooms.
    • Evening & night security; secured entry into resort
    • Concrete construction. Central air conditioning.
    • 7 Appliances: stainless steel dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, in-suite washer & dryer, & balcony natural gas BBQ
    • One parking spot in secure indoor parkade
    • Outdoor pool and hot tub open spring through fall
    • Fitness center and steam room open year round
    • Coffee shop in Playa Del Sol Complex
    • One block from Rotary Beach, Two blocks from Mission Creek Greenway, and across the street from the restaurants/services available at El Dorado Hotel, Manteo resorts, and recently opened Aqua Waterfront Village.
    • Short drive to basic services (groceries, liquor store, Tim Hortons), Gyro Beach , Kelowna Hospital and Okanagan College
    • Big White ski resort less than an hour away
    • Short drive, walk or cycle to Pandosy restaurant & shopping area.

    Other amenities: This is a 2 bedroom with den layout that is great for a variety of groups. Bedroom #1 has its own bathroom (c/w shower and bathtub), walk in closet and patio door to access the balcony. The main living area separates that bedroom from the other bedrooms. Bedroom #2 also has a walk in closet and direct access to the main bathroom (c/w shower). A separate den has a queen sized bed for additional guests. TV's with cable service in main living area. TV's in bedrooms and den. Wireless internet included.

Great property

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Great location. The condo was clean, spacious, and full of everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and access to pool was perfect for us. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent stay

The location was perfect! We enjoyed Kelowna so much that we hoped to come back. Unfortunately that cannot happen due to the short term rentals. The host answered all our questions and was easy to communicate with.

Kelowna vacation

We stayed for the month of may visitiog son and grandkids . The unit was perfect as well as location . The only issue was it was not cleaned to our expectations when we arrived . We had to vaccuum , clean counters, bathrooms etc . Two hour process but once completed our stay was fantastic and we would stay again and reccomend .

Cozy condo

Great layout, comfy couch, great that each room had their own TV, loved the amenities of the condo, excellent location and Lots of cutlery. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms with queen beds, it made it private for each party. With the condo being across the street from the marina helped us with the launching and storing our boat. The only suggestion is to have oven mitts and possible some glassware that can be used in the oven. The floors do need a scrub. When we split some water on the floor and went to wipe it, our cloth was filthy from the floor residue. Thank you for having us.

Quiet and comgy

We are returning to this property after renting it in May of this year. The location is ideal. Park your car and walk or ride your bike on the Greenway only two blocks away. The suite is very roomy and comfortable.

Roomy, well equipped in a great location

This condo is an excellent location for access to Mission Green pathway. The condo is nicely furnished with a great table that allows for lots of people/activities. The two bedrooms plus a small additional room allow for lots of storage or for others to stay with you. The view onto the pool area is nice but nicely sheltered due to the trees in front window.

Most enjoyable stay

Area great for walkers, car not required for shopping, parks, beaches. Unit as advertised and pics reflect. Communication with owner terrific. Although complex is large, minimal noise experienced. Will return if opportunity available

Location, Location

The check-in was very easy. Kendra was helpful. The condo was well-stocked, clean and spacious. The area was excellent. Close to Gordon Rd. which went everywhere. We love driving everywhere so nothing was too far anyway. Went to Osoyoos, Penticton 3 times and Vernon lots. Thank you Ken for your help. Phil and Linda

Great location, great unit!

Unit is spacious and furnished nicely with everything you will need for a fun stay in Kelowna. Unit overlooks courtyard and has outdoor deck with bbq. Quick walk to rotary beach or Eldorado for a nice drink on the lakeside patio. We will be back.

Great location and very clean!

We enjoyed our stay. We have 3 kids 14, 12 &6. Very clean and had all the essentials to make stay comfortable. It even had several pool noodles and blow ups for taking to the lake. The pump for the blow ups doesn’t really work though so I would bring my own next time. I also loved having a washer and dryer. I used it every day to wash our beach towels (which we brought). There are white towels for showering and pool use. My only complaint would be that the beds need an upgrade. Pillows were super comfy and there were tons of them, however the beds were incredibly uncomfortable for an adult. The kids did ok with them. Other than that, we loved it.

Plenty of space, big windows with lots of light, very comfortable with everything you need to cook your own meals. Short walk to the lake and access to walking trails.

Fabulous location for boat owners with the boat dock just across the street at the Eldorado. The condo was perfect size for our Family of 5 and the pool and area was perfect.

We loved the proximity to the biking trails and family oriented beach right across the road. Comfortable beds, good kitchen supplies and bbq. Pool toys were a nice touch. We had a great stay.

Clean, spacious accommodation. Excellent amenities with heated pool and hot tub as well as excellent exercise room. Within walking distance of beach and shops. Very picturesque. Interesting location.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time! We stayed for 3 weeks. The condo was everything it was described to be - and everything that we needed we had (linens, towels, dishes & kitchen ware, ample closet space, etc). It is a well kept condo, in a well kept building. The fitness area/steam room is quite busy and we were a little disappointed that we really didn’t get much of a chance to use it, considering it is quite small with very limited equipment but there are many fully equipped gyms and fitness clubs in the area so it certainly didn’t affect our stay. The unit was really located in a great spot in the building - no street noise, and a beautiful courtyard and pool view (the pool was supposed to open around May long weekend). Also liked the secure parking in the building. Coffee, groceries, fuel, hair salons, restaurants, lounges, parks/beach area, boating etc all basically within walking distance from this condo. It was a great stay!!
