“We actually didn't stay. The listing said we had a 1 bedroom but that was inaccurate as we were given a different place than what was described. The host was very nice but the place was a tiny box with a crappy portable AC unit so the place was very warm. It was super hard to find at the end of a weird dirt road. Atmosphere was kind of creepy, not scary but not clean at all. ”

“The room I booked wasn't available because it sustained property damage from a previous renter. The host reached out and asked if I would be willing to stay in a different room and gave me a 40 refund because it was smaller. I never saw the original room but it seemed a lot smaller. No kitchen, no lounge chairs. It felt like a Motel 6. And it shared a wall with a family with a child. I have a sound sensitive dog so I reached out to the host because I couldn't bring my dog inside. She was...
