Merhabalar Emine Hanım, öncelikle vaktinizi ayırıp bizi değerlendirdiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz, olumlu veya olumsuz tüm değerlendirmeler bizim için önemlidir.Puanlamanızdan anladığımız kadarıyla beklentilerinizi karşılayamadık, ne konuda memnun kalmadığınızı dinlemekten mutluluk duyarız, bu bizim kendimizi geliştirmemiz için önemlidir.Hotelimizde yaşadığınız problemlere hemen ve hızlıca çözüm bulmak için elimizden geldiğince çabaladık, giriş yaparken yaşadığınız yanlış anlama olmuştu bizim tüm rezervasyonlarımız Oda + Kahvaltı şeklindedir, akşam yemekleri fiyatlara dahil değildir.Banyonun gideri suyu yeterince hızlı çekmediğini belirttiniz ve anında odanıza temizlik personeli yönlendirilip gider açılmıştır. Sahilden (köyün merkezinden geçerek) hotele geldiğinizde sigaranızın bittiğini ve nereden temin edebileceğinizi sordunuz, en yakın marketin 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olduğunu söylediğimizde bunun çok uzak olduğunu ve sizin için personelmizin gidip sigara alıp dönmesini istediniz, malesef bulunduğunuz dönemde hotelimizde 2 adet grup rezervasyon bulunduğu ve akşam servisi hazırlığında bulundukları için bunun mümkün olmadığını belirttik ve personel arkadaşlarımızda olan sigarayı size teklif ettik.Hotelimizden ayrılırken memnun olmadığınız konuları bize iletseydiniz yardımcı olmaya çalışırdık.Teşekkür EderizCanada Hotel & Bungalows

This is a really nice place to stay . The hosts are super helpful and friendly. It is a quiet place with clean and comfortable rooms, and a good restaurant.

Angenehm ruhig, schöne Chillecken, gepflegter Pool. Schön schattig. Es lässt sich wirklich sehr gut trotz großer Hitze aushalten. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

genel anlamda çok beğendik
Karşılama ve misafir perverlik çok iyi , belki biraz tadilat gerekiyor oda içinde (Bizim perde yerinden çıktı Taktık )çekmeceler kendiliğinden açılıyor eğim var .doğası çok güzel . kara sine ve arı için artık kapanlar var onlardan kullanılabilir . benim için en büyük eksiklik , ortak kullanım alanlarında en azından kısık seste de olsa müzik olsa iyi olurdu.

We stayed in a Canada Hotel bungalow and it was wonderful. Breakfasts and staff, as always, were fabulous. Pool was incredible! Location is perfect as it's a five to ten minute walk to the local shopping and restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be back, it's just a matter of when! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Being a Canadian and passing through Kemer, I had no choice but to stop in and say hello. Cheers to all the staff! Great food, fantastic bungalow! After an 11 hour motorcycle ride from Adana to Kemer, it was great to be able to stop and rest; take a dip in the pool. And to all the motorcycle riders out there, a great road to come down to visit! Elevation change and lots of twists and turns off the main highway!

Beautiful spot, extremely gracious host
Amazing spot, with beautiful gardens ! Host was extremely gracious and accomodating, and the bungalow we stayed in was perfect. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Would happily stay here again, and highly recommend you choose Canada Hotel if in the area.

Beautiful spot
Our room was clean, simple, and had a magnificent balcony view . We wished we had stayed longer. The only drawback was no hot water. It is common in this area to have solar tanks that may not warm up at this time of year. The hosts were friendly, the breakfast was amazing.

Beautiful grounds. I loved my walk to my bungalow through the garden—that part was very nice! I also loved seeing the chickens everyday grazing the lawn. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I am very grateful for our conversations and for making me feel welcomed. A few things could be improved— 1. The keys to the door- So the keys to the bungalows come with a device that turns the lights on, so everything is on the same key ring. This is a problem if it is dark and you are either trying to lock or unlock your door. I had to get my phone out to use my flashlight app every night. This is something that could easily be improved by changing the lock to a dead bolt, so you only need the key for the outside. I hope this is considered for the future. 2. The bathroom noise at night, and the smell in the morning. You can definitely hear things moving through the pipes and some gargling type sounds. I just shut the door and it was fine. However, when I woke up each morning, the bathroom would smell really bad and I’d have to air it out. I don’t exactly know what’s going on with that, but I know it’s not right and should be fixed. 3. The bikes—this was absolutely my biggest disappointment. I admit, I was really drawn to the advertising the Canada Hotel guest had free use of bikes on the premises. I’d say half of them the chains are not on the track. All are rusty, the breaks don’t work, etc. The bikes need immediate attention and repair.

Karsilama icten bir sekilde yapildi. Ailece bungalow da kaldik. Bungalow kosullari tatmin ediciydi. Ilk aksam otelde yemek yedik. Yemekler basariliydi. Fiyat olarak Çıralı piyasasiyla hemen hemen benzer. Otel sahibi ve personel gayet ilgiliydi. Her gorduklerinde selam vermeleri bile bir cok isletmeden farklarini gosteriyor. Wifi bolge itibariyla biraz sikintili. Seneye daha uzun sure kalmayi planladik. Kismet.

Trois jours dans cet hôtel situé sur un très beau site mais equipe pas très sympa/souriante et assez impersonnel et restaurant pas bon… Plage pas loin très sympa avec site Olympos au bout de la plage : à faire 👍 Attention ne pas demander à la gérante de vous indiquer un massage : elle nous envoyé dans un centre attrape touriste…

Monsieur Hamdi, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous évaluer. Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Et je suis surpris que vous ne nous ayez pas trouvé utile ou sympathique. Comme moi-même (directeur) vous ai parlé ainsi qu'à de nombreux invités de votre groupe. J'ai aidé à organiser des tests PCR et organisé des transferts, etc. En ce qui concerne l'envoi dans un piège à touristes. Je n'ai rien fait de tel. En arrivant à Cirali tu m'as demandé où faire des massages. J'ai expliqué que Cirali est un petit village et qu'il n'y a pas de telles installations. J'ai dit que dans la ville touristique de Kemer, il y avait un hammam/spa. J'ai AVERTI les dames de votre groupe AVANT que vous ne décidiez d'y aller que ce spa peut être très arrogant et touristique. (comme c'est le cas dans la station balnéaire de Kemer) Et faites attention car ils essaieront de trop vendre au hammam. Si vous choisissez de ne pas tenir compte de mes conseils, que puis-je faire. Il est décevant d'entendre ces commentaires après votre départ de notre hôtel. Surtout après que vous nous ayez remercié et au moment du départ et dites-nous que vous avez apprécié votre séjour. Si vous rencontrez un problème pendant votre séjour, il nous serait plus utile de le signaler directement lorsque vous êtes ici. Pas 2 semaines après votre séjour. meilleures salutations, Canada hôtel & Bungalows

Everything was fine except that the hotel is located a bit far from the sea. Service was great, room was cleaned every couple of days. Breakfast was fine, but leaked a bit of variety.

İyi otel başarılı işletme
Çıralı merkeze yürüyerek varılabilecek güzel ve samimi bir otel çalışanları ve işletme sahibi oldukça güler yüzlü ve iyi insanlar. Odalar ve içerisindeki malzemelerin yeniliğe restoran kısmının da biraz daha kaliteli olması lazım.

Fiyat oldukca ekonomik. Sahile bisiklet ile 10dk mesafede. Bisikletler vasat ancak iş görüyor. Temizlik 2 günde bir yapılıyor. (Yatak bile toplanmıyor. )Ve bir tatil yerinde bu güzel bir durum değil kumlu ayaklar güneş yağlı vücutlar mevcutken tatilde hergün değiştirilen mis gibi havlular olmalı. Odada çok fazla karınca geziyor. Giriş kattaki odada kaldık, balkon duvarları görüyordu. Odada halı olması zaten hiç hoş değildi. Halı pislik toplar ve tatil yerinde çok gereksiz. Banyo terliği var olarak belirtilmesine rağmen yoktu. Kahvaltıda yöreye özgü hiçbirsey yoktu. Yatağın ortası çökük. Çok fazla gezen biri olarak gördüğüm en üzücü ve mutsuz edici oteldi. The place was very relaxed .In a perfect spot for all amenities.Carrie the owner was lovely and helpful.Her team of people were as nice . Home made cooking great .Couldnt ask for better .

A place not to be missed!
Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for us! Food is excellent and prices are better than most other restraunts in the village. The chef is only too happy to cook food to your personal preferences, even try new things for you too. I will definitely be returning here.
