The charming and contemporary home was built by local carpenters in 2018 to provide a comfortable getaway to all visitors looking for a perfect stay. Its modern setting and outstanding facilities will offer the levels of relaxation and convenience you are looking for during your visit.

The house has an abundance of amenities, is beautiful furnished and has plenty of natural light accenting the hardwood floors and tastefully picked decor. The large windows make the most of the beautiful views to the forest or across the water. Every inch of space is well-used, which is best visible in the cozy open-concept design living area boasting an entertaining living room, inviting dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the main house, two very comfortable bedrooms will provide all the relaxation you need after an enjoyable day exploring the area. Don’t think these are all the sleeping spaces we have. There’s also the mezzanine that can comfortably sleep an additional four people and the sauna building offers another kingsize bedroom, only available during summer.

You’ll be able to catch a breath of fresh air and take in the stunning natural ambiance on the cascading decks with the luxury plunge pool, lounge areas, BBQ grill, and more, leading all the way down to the lawn and private sandy beach.

Koto Design House was born out of love for the Finnish archipelago nature, Scandinavian design and traditional craftsmanship. The four-season villa stands in a rugged rocky landscape on the shore of the scenic Dragsfjärden lake in the southwestern archipelago.

The surrounding rocks, the amazing nature of the Archipelago Sea and the silence are the perfect place for relaxation and togetherness. Children will be inspired by their own sandy beach and nearby adventure forests; and the place is perfectly suited for a vacation destination for even two families, for a happy weekend with a group of friends, as well as for small-scale birthdays or meetings.

Within a few minutes` drive are the Taalintehtaa culturally valuable mining environment, the Archipelago Nature Park, Söderlångvik Manor and Sagalund School Museum. It`s a short drive from home to Kasnäs, which has good connections to, for example, the Bengtsäri lighthouse, Öro castle island and Rosala`s Viikinkikylä.
