“We had a very loud and squeaking AC unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep. We reported the problem but it was never fixed and we were told that this was normal. 53 decibels is what we registered the noise, which is ok for an outside AC but not good indoors. We were very uncomfortable!! Beware! Also, we asked for a late checkout but were sent a message that if we stayed past 11:00 AM we would be charged 125. When we asked, again, they responded at 10 AM, that we could stay until noon,...
