“So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend”

“Beautiful great staff good food. Relaxing. Loved the India Ocean”

“The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit.”

“Staff was professional and amenities suited my needs. Thanks!”

“Nicest staff we‘ve probably ever had - sooo insanely nice! We loved the stay next to the park entry with super nice dinner. Sunset are fantastic. Cannot recommend more! 🙌”

“The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. I’m terrible at names but the young lady at the front desk was super nice, friendly, helpful every day. ”

“The room was clean, the staff very helpful, the pool was very clean. Service at the restaurant a bit slow. I had to call the hotel about pick-up from the airport as the text message sent to that effect was not received. Price of the ride was high compared to Uber.”

“I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago ! What a shame !!!!! You spoiled my Christmas!”
