“Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. The tv and lamp were unplugged and had zero way of being plugged in because the extension cord ran underneath the bed to the AC. So you could be cool with the AC, or swelter while...

“The house was cozy and very clean. Perfect location. The host immediately responded to my messages anytime I had a question. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. ”

“Communication with host was great from booking to checkout. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses on the beds are fantastic. I asked the host the manufacturer because I may buy for myself. Local restaurants were great and it’s a short easy drive to Kennebunkport. Also there is a super market with a full wine, beer and liquor selection within walking distance. Great stay!!”

“Apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Had what we needed. Road sound a little loud, but not to the point where I wouldn’t come back. Cozy. Comfy. ”

“Sorry I didn’t take pictures. I really should have.Not the place I booked. Sort of last minute, I was told it was just as nice and price matched. It will cost me a lot more money! It was NOT new renovated (like the other place). Beat up, needed clean up, they were chasing raccoons at 10:30 at night (not helping my 85 yr old mom). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Except for one day, we took our dog with us. TShe hat day I walked her 5 times.Bathroom sinks were backwards (hot/cold)....

“While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. ”
