Perfect Maine Getaway – Walk to Downtown, Cozy for All - Flexible Cancellation.

  • Our beach-themed retreat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from shopping and dining in downtown Kennebunkport. It’s a short 1.5-mile drive to Gooch's, Middle, and Mothers Beach, with a parking pass available for summer stays (June-September). The property is also near Webhannet Golf Course and a 4-minute walk to Hillcrest pitch and putt. Explore the nearby Franciscan Monastery or scenic Bridal Path.

    We offer all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has 3 twin beds. A baby pack and play is available.

    The property is set on a landscaped grassy corner lot with a new gas grill, patio furniture, and a large outdoor shower for rinsing the salt and sand off. The yard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Make sure you cook up some lobsters and steamers the Maine way.

We had a lovely stay and were really sad to leave. The house was in the perfect location and was only a short walk into Kennebunkport for shopping and restaurants. The house had everything that we needed and was extremely clean. We’re looking forward to rebooking for another stay in the future.

What a beautiful home located within walking distance to all that Kennebunkport has to offer. Drew was a wonderful and thoughtful host. The home was super clean and comfortable. One of the best VRBO we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

This was a great house for us 4 adults and 2 kids! A short walk into town which was great. And plenty of attractions in close driving range. Definitely would recommend this place. And loved the fact that there were all kinds of condiments, spices etc that came in handy!

Wonderful!

The owner was a gem! He was quick to reply and even left wine, snacks, and a sweet handwritten note for us. The house was charming and comfortable. It is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

Perfect Costal Maine Stay

What a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport! The house is perfectly appointed with everything you could ever need, and is walking distance to town which made for great dinners and breakfasts. Jill & Drew were excellent hosts and so thoughtful in their house presentation! We hope to visit again next year!

Great location - Adorable property

As described, very clean, walk to center of town, nicely decorated and everything on the property was in working order. The outdoor space was inviting and private. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We visited Kennebunkport for my cousin’s wedding and this was the perfect place for our family! It was so conveniently located to the charming downtown area. The decor and thoughtful touches really made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Great location, short walk to Kennebunkport!

We have stayed here several times for Christmas Prelude with my adult children, their significant others, as well as my mom. It’s close enough to walk to Dock Square in Kennebunkport to shop and go out for dinner. We especially enjoyed coming back after being out all day and chatting by the fireplace! We’ll be back again!

We loved our week at this property! The home is within walking distance to town, so it’s in a great location. The home was immaculate and we appreciated the gifts the owners left for us…very thoughtful! The setup and decor were wonderful. We would definitely stay again and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful fall getaway

This home was ideal for our needs. It was the anchor for an extended family tour of mid coast Maine. We would definitely come back for the house and for the nearby pitch and put 9 hole golf course and Wandby Landing’s pizza just around the corner.

Upon arrival, my family and I were made to feel truly welcomed. We found the home clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all necessities. We were even treated to unexpected gifts of wine and snacks! A perfect retreat to enjoy our favorite vacation spot!
