We arrived late into the night and our hosts made it very easy for us to check in to the cottage. They were both accommodating and accessible. The home is comfortable and cozy and very clean. I would stay there again.

Everything was great! Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Location was good, centrally located for any day trips into Kennebunkport or any locations along Highway 1. All features met or exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend it.

This was the perfect cottage for us. My elderly parents ( in their 80s) and I stayed for a family wedding in Kennebunkport. I was looking for a home with no stairs, walk in shower and other amenities to make it easy for them. It was close to everything we needed and more. The home was so very clean and easy to navigate with our adaptive equipment. It would be wonderful for anyone but especially worked for our needs. Lisa was always quick to answer my questions. Check in was a breeze and the gated community beautiful. I am just so happy we chose this cottage. Best of all my parents loved it. They could relax, take their time and enjoy our vacation and family events. It was a perfect get away!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at the cottage. The house was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and wanted. The proximity to beaches was great and we used the community pool and game room often! We would absolutely come back.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Our stay was wonderful, the cottage was meticulous and perfect in every way. Whatever you needed, it was there! The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. The cottage was beautiful, the towels smelled amazing, the beds were comfortable, the location was awesome and they literally thought of everything! The clubhouse and pool were loved by my teenage boys, they went everyday. We couldn't have asked for anything more. This was, by far, our favorite cottage rental and we have been coming to MAINE for many many years. We didn't want to leave. We cannot wait to return again and again! THANK YOU! :)

Favorite House to Stay

This is our third time staying at the cottage. We love the location; perfect location and the community at the cottages is very welcoming. The house has everything we need and just enough space so people can spread out. Love the décor and how cozy the house feels. And it's so easy working with Lisa, great communication and if anything went wrong I knew I could count on Lisa. Can't wait to come again next year!

Magical visit for Christmas Prelude

My family and I had stayed at this lovely home back in June and loved it so much we thought it would be great to come back for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude. The house was just as perfect as the first time (and we really enjoyed the fireplace this time around) and Lisa was amazing with providing helpful advice about the prelude.

Lovely Setting; Easy Living

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. I can't say enough about our stay, except I want to, so it won't be hard to rent next year. :) It was very, very clean and was charmingly decorated. While we had a bit of a learning curve with the TV, the owners were gracious enough to drive up and bail us out of our confusion. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Convenient kitchen with everything we needed and more. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, with its overcast skies and rain preventing enjoyment of the pools, that's Maine. It happens. There was so much else to do, it didn't matter. We're readers, bringing sack loads of books to choose from. If I suggested anything, it would be reading lamps. I doubt most people come to read, however. Thanks so much, Lisa and Sephano

If I could rent it for three of the four seasons, I would. 10 stars

Immaculately kept property. Well stocked, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. We absolutely loved the way the cottage was decorated. I told Lisa we had to find the table they put the coffee station on. All the choices they made created a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything about it was perfection. Great location too. We absolutely loved it!

We were extremely pleased with the cottage as it was exactly as the owner described it. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We were able to cook and bake in the kitchen which was fully equipped and we loved the glass containers for leftovers. Wish we could have given it ten stars **********

Beautiful cottage and great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, very clean and very well equipped cottage. We felt like home. We took advantage of the terrace and the BBQ. What about the 2 superb swimming pools which are a few minutes walk from the cottage. Great location between Old Orchard and Ogunquit Quick and easy communication with the owner. Truly a vacation successful!

Lovely Cottage Getaway

My family and I went to Maine for our first time. The cottage we stayed at was lovely; it was beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the amenities to make it feel like home. We especially loved the open floor plan and how beachy it felt. We also enjoyed the pool and the clubhouse. Lisa and Stefano were very attentive and took care of a concern that came up right away. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend and hope we can return someday!

Lovely Cottage Exceeded our Expectations

We had such a relaxing vacation in Lisa and Stefano’s lovely cottage. They thought of pretty much everything when they equipped and decorated the home. Plenty of good quality pots & pans, dishes, bowls, knives, beach/pool stuff and more. It was very clean, (I’m a fanatic about that), nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. We used the patio quite a bit to just sit and read or have a meal. There’s a grill, the table comes with a nice umbrella for shade, and the chairs are comfortable. The cottage is also in the perfect location to get to beaches (Biddeford Pool is our fave), excellent restaurants (you must try 50 Local in Kennebunk), and shopping. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return to this special place.
